I had the worst experience of my life dealing with Hollard insurance I am not sure whether they are still operating or not, I made a claim on the 9th of May 2022 on behalf of my old age mother who has been sent back and fourth by these unprofessional liars the person we last spoke to was noleen Smith 3 weeks ago and to my surprise they have deducted the policy this month and have still not paid a payout for the claim, the necessary documents were sent but still nothing has been done regarding this issue, what type of service is Hollard offering? Clearly this is a rip off and nobody is owning up to this nonsense it's business as usual. I am requesting urgent feedback as this case has been going on for too long with this bogus company and unreliable people who are employed there to lie.
Worst customer service ever received at clicks pharmacy at vangate mall, I took the wrong ticket accidently I was then assited by a guy called farouk who told me I took the wrong ticket he can't assist me I had to start the line again, finally it was my turn again after 20 minutes of waiting to my surprise I am assisted again by this Farouk guy I then asked him why he couldn't assist he told me "you took the wrong ticket I don't have time for this I am tired you can ask someone else to assist you" such a bad and disgusting attitude he had I mean he gets paid to service clients and treat each and every single customer with respect and dignity but not with this Farouk guy clearly he doesn't live up to the values that clicks has in providing customers with the best customer service by being compassionate and willing to assist over and above that's what customer service is about,I am disgusted by his attitude and behavior he treated me with no respect or dignity even the lady in charge called me aside and told me she also didnt like the way he spoke to me, I doubt I'll ever go to clicks pharmacy again.
I made an online order on the 27 of july for a headboard, I followed up on the 31st of July regarding if payment has been received a lady named Cheryl said yes and advised it does take 14 days for the headboard to be made and delivered, I sent another email to check the status of delivery I was advised they had a delay, on the 24 of August I sent another one where Cheryl promised me that it will be delivered within this week, still today I am still waiting, the service received was pathetic I'm actually disgusted and annoyed of the fact that I have been lied to by this cheryl lady I have to do the run around to check for my order nothing from her side telling me about a delay this time , this really shows that it's about the money and not the customer at all, I don't even care right now about the "fake apology" line they will throw, at the end of the day I don't have my headboard on the scheduled timeframe they promised, I actually regret buying from this company and it's the rotten apples fault who cannot communicate effectively with customers such a pitty that they get hired to lie to customers, I'm very much disgusted with these people who are inconsistent, no sense of urgency just a bull of lies I want my headboard you can save the whole sorry sobby story it's meaningless anyway.
I am still waiting for my order when is my order arriving? A shipment from order #6327 is on the way? I have sent countless emails no feedback until today from this bogus company.
Pathetic service from day one when I made my first order which arrived a month later, I had to send numerous emails until I got my goods not even an apology, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed another order on the 21st of july 2020 I sent them an email regarding my order I havent received any communication from the sales team which is also just as useless, this is the ****py service you get when you support local small business who dont care about the value of customer service, I will never place any order with eco essentials again in the future.
I had one of the greatest customer service experience from Neo Mako who assisted me with my funeral cover I have with capitec Bank, the level of professionalism and assurance received from the customer service agent was what I call outstanding customer service, he kept me informed all the way while assisting me, he went as far as contacting me back after the call got cut, he is indeed a customer service champion.
How pathetic can Adt get!!! After I complained on hello Peter, I received a call from Lameez Jacobs who was from Adt customer complaints department on the 13th of February 2019 who I also questioned the level of urgency when it comes to Adt arm response she then advised that the security company citypro was going to contact me, after an hour I got a call from Grant neon who was the Manger of citypro who also promised me that they will get back to me as to why it took long for the security to come to the rescue. On the 14th of February the alarm went off again at 8:30 pm call centre responded at 8:36 where I was advised again that a security will be sent, I spoke to the supervisor on duty called Almarie where I also expressed my frustration that this is the second time Adt has provided me with this type of service, the lady stayed on the line until the security gaurd called David kwethane arrived at 9:20pm so now this is the second time, I am being tossed back and fourth by Adt because no one wants to take responsibility , the very same person whose paying a fee at Adt must now deal With the company Adt has outsourced, until today I have not gotten any answers as to where my safety lies meanwhile every month debit orders goes off in the account. I would really appreciate your response with regards to this matter because I am not getting any answers or a way forward from the Adt team, our safety is on the line but no one seems to be doing anything as along as they are getting their pay check month end all is well to them. The worst experience of my life from Adt security where the alarm went off for a long time around about 10 pm, at that point in time one of the guys were already in the yard approaching on our door step, two were standing infront of the gate, I then received a call from the adt call centre around about 10:16 while I was on the call with the police trying to get assistance since we are only females in the house and an infant, Adt only sent a security guard named Thembela Dyosi who came @ 10:45 asking if everything is okay? We pay a lot of money to be secured but the level of urgency at Adt was totally ignored, they are rending a false service in the location because they are never around when they are needed, this is the 2nd time that Adt security has failed me in providing a good service, even the call centre was not even helpful because they never called again to follow up, to them its all about their jobs and not the lives of their customers, no sense of urgency!!! I am extremely dissatisfied with the Service Adt has provided me I would not recommend it to anyone who lives in the location because they are useless but still get their fee at the end of the month for DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!
