Worst Company
I don;t understand why is it so hard to cancel insurance with this company. I cannot afford the premiums currently due to work situation and added responsibilities but they refuse to cancel they take me from pillar to post

This bank is starting to be useless
There is a debit order that goes off my account very month that I don't know about. I called the ***** department to assist they couldn't, I went to the branch to assist they said I must call the people and ask them to stop the order that I don't know about everytime I have to reverse it and incur bank charges this is so frustrating am even afraid to leave money in my account I

Products are being opened before packed in for shipment
I purchased face wash online cause it was cheaper online compared to instore. I collected my order from the store with no hassle. My only issue is when I got home and opened the product only to find that the product is not full it's as if someone opened it and poured little for themselves and repacked the product. It did not even last me a month

Please Call Me not Blocked
I blocked "please call me" but it seems like only the telkom number cannot send me please call me. All the other networks their "please call me" are getting through and that is really frustrating

No close branch for FS and NC
I do not understand how does we buy cars not have a branch in Free State this will cover both Free State and Northern Cape citizens now we always have to travel far or be limited to the internet which is not fair

Changes made for Cash Send is a nightmare
Absa cash send used to be so simple. These days the SMS does not go through it's not that simple, easy and efficient. I had to cancel/redeem cash send that are not going through on top of that incur all the charges
