Refund
Hellopeter, can you kindly help me again to get my refund again, metropolitan has deducted money again on my payslip after I canceled the policy. This is so frustrating because I canceled the policy in January but they still deducting. My policy number is ME000199231 n ME000199232, can I get a refund and most important they must stop deducting I asked them to stop since the 11 January 2026.

Hellopeter I plea again with you to kindly help me get my refund from metropolitan, I wrote a review because I canceled my policy with them but they keep on deducting money. Policy number ME000199232 n ME00199231. And the other one is a funeral policy n still they are deducting and they are not refunding. Can they refund me my money and stop deducting

Unpaid refund
Hi HelloPeter, I have a serious challenge with absa bank. My daughter bought clothes on shein and was refunded some clothes she wasn’t happy about. Shein told her it would take 7 days for the money to reflect on her phone. Shein refunded her money on the 7th of November 2025 and told her the money will take 14 business days to reflect on her phone but it hasn’t. We went to their branches but they couldn’t even help us, they told us to send them an email but they haven’t responded yet. We even went to their other branch because it has been more than 14 days. The money is R 1 158 and it hasn’t reflected yet. I’m really upset please help us

I paid for a heater online in June 27 till today the 16 July I haven't received my order. Hellopeter please help me receive my order or a refund. I tried calling them they say my order is with the courier guy but the courier guy says he doesn't have my order. My order number is OD434786850400080100,:makro is dragging with my order. Suspense account
I have closed my standard bank account on the 02 March 2021, n on the same date some company send a huge amount of money to the account that is closed. Can standard bank please check those funds from their suspense account and return it please. Or can someone from standard bank call me 0714443111 thank you

Unpaid loan
Good day, my name is Lerato on the 01 March 2021 I have applied for a personal loan at nedbank and it was approved, nedbank says they have paid the money into my closed account of standard bank. I went to sstandard bank to get a statement it doesn't show any funds received as the account is closed. Went to nedbank to show them the lady who was helping me send email to complaint department and asked me to call as well so that they can trace those funds, please help me to trace the funds

Refund
Good day, standard bank has deducted my home loan twice. It was deducted from my pay slip and from my bank account. I went to the bank and explained to them asking them to reverse it but even today I'm still waiting for my money. Standard bank it's stressing me I want to switch my home loan to nedbank or SA home loans. Please help me to get my refund
