Capitec is a s****le of a bank
This s***le of a bank wants to purposefully ruin my score by debiting for a loan which I have already paid off. I have never missed a payment yet I have a missed payment under them on my credit profile. I’m glad I’m done with them. Want nothing more to do with them.2 replies

Useless Network provider
Bunch of useless client service helpers. I have changed my banking details with them back in January and yet they tell me they still debit from my old account. As to why they decide to do that when I’ve clearly stated my new banking details to them, Lord knows why…Disgrace of a network service provider.0 replies

Very appalling service from their Connectivity & Coverage department. Spoke to Sibulelo, Akhona but none of them see my query to finalization. MTN is quick to sell you their products and services but never able to take queries and solve them. Very disappointing. Terrible service and minimal knowledge on work to be done.
Very disappointed in their service. I take in my car with a slight noise when I step on my brakes seeming to be a brake pad or disc issue. It comes back with a bigger noise than it went in with.0 replies
