A bull**** service, they make you take up contracts and not explain things in detail. Will not be taking up any contracts with these ****mers.
This is appalling service. Would never recommend anyone to buy from them. The consumer commission should definitely be notified of such. A total *******.
Bunch of useless client service helpers. I have changed my banking details with them back in January and yet they tell me they still debit from my old account. As to why they decide to do that when I’ve clearly stated my new banking details to them, Lord knows why…Disgrace of a network service provider.
Very appalling service from their Connectivity & Coverage department. Spoke to Sibulelo, Akhona but none of them see my query to finalization. MTN is quick to sell you their products and services but never able to take queries and solve them. Very disappointing. Never again will I buy any other product or service from this network provider.
This is happening for the second time and I wonder what the excuse will be this time around. First time you f***ken apologised and said it would not happen, only for you guys to repeat the same thing again. I’ve had it with Capitec. Now I’ll handle things differently.
Very disappointed in their service. I take in my car with a slight noise when I step on my brakes seeming to be a brake pad or disc issue. It comes back with a bigger noise than it went in with.
I have cancelled my subscription with you guys after you not pitching to install a new system in my car and yet you still want to debit my account. Bunch of ***h***s. I would never recommend your company to anyone I know.
This is a BS network service provider. How am I being debited twice in one month and you say it’s not Telkom.
