Please be aware of online orders from footgear. The service is pathetic.I placed an order and I keep getting emails pushing back the delivery date. Tried to contact the head office ..no one answers. Email the customer care.. they respond and say my order has been received..and push back the delivery date. I have requested on mail that a senior person contacts me..no response. I have even emailed the CEO Stephen Brien..no response. Absolutely pathetic service. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Pathetic service received at this hotel at emperors...the most expensive hotel at emperors..but digusting service...my husband paid for our night stay on their card machine and there was a problem with the machine it did not go through on their side...but on his account it went off...more than an hour it took to get resolved...pathetic..the acting manager thandi could not even assist ...they kept us waiting for so long...she was on the phone with the bank on speaker phone ...and all other guests could hear the private conversation..we showed them the message that the funda went off ..it was not good enough..kept us standing for such a long time and no remorse We asked her for the manager she said he went home..so I told her call him back because His still on the premises...and he Did not come back...that was the Indian manager..I'm so disgusted at the service...what we expected to be a good afternoon and evening...turned out to be an absolutely frustrating one...I would never go back there...we were treated as if we would run away from them without paying...
Pathetic service from Nedbank service department, i called nedbank to place a notice of withdrawal as it was giving me issues on the app. Spoke to a lady called Mandy from the service department, absolutely pathetic attitude, unfriendly and unhelpful. told me i need to go into the bank to verify my details, as it their process . I told her that no one has informed me of this and that I have never gone into the bank to verify my details, her response was she does not make the rules... I have been with nedbank for years and have not ever had to into a bank to verify my details. I then asked to speak to her manager, which she transferred me and kept me holding for 20mins until the call cut (DISGUSTING) this is not the first time i have had a bad experience with nedbank.
We booked our car in at Hyundai Edenvale, the car stood in the yard the whole day, when my husband went to fetch the car, he was told that the car wasn't serviced, no one cared to inform him, We then noticed that our usb was stolen, we then contacted the Service Manager called Solly Kimmie who has such a disgusting attitude, all he could say was they outsource a company to clean, emails were sent to him which he didn't care to reply. ... Disgusting We then realized my daughters Samsung Tablet was stolen , i contacted him on Sunday, When i told him who was speaking , he pathetically rudely tried cutting me off, saying his in church etc, but he returned my call, but tried running away from his problem. He then contacted my husband yesterday - 18/02, with no tangible information beside talking about how i swore him, he tells my husband that he signed the claws... Now for me that's utterly pathetic, as a manager, you try and assist your client, check you cameras for the responsible person, check who was designated to clean the car on that day. John Leslie the dealer principle then called my husband, also such a pathetic attitude, saying its not their problem as my husband signed the claws, and in simple terms telling my husband that tablet could've been stolen anytime and we accusing Hyundai. Just pathetic, i would not advise anyone to send their cars to HYUNDAI EDENVALE - They steal & the attitudes are pathetic.
