I went yesterday to Damelin Braamfontein to collect my transcripts and the whole experience was awful, horrible, i don't even know how to call it. I am very disappointed as an alumni. To say that it the morning, they woke up and say that they are going to work.... work my foot.
2 Weeks ago, i went to to Absa Ferndale and i was helped by Sabelo Mlotshwa. Thumbs up to him, very professional and helpful.... Came out from there as happy client
FNB RANDBURG SQUARE, THE BEST BRANCH...... I wanted to open an account, i tried with so many banks, the experiences were just horrible and shocking. No one was willing to help me. Then, i decided to go the FNB in Randburg Square. Whaohhh, i never had such an amazing experience. Starting with the lady who issue the ticket for me (She did tell me approximately the time that i will be waiting in order to be called, help me with my app and the cash deposit at the atm), then came my meeting with my star of the day, Mbali Sibiya, she is the besssssst and one of the kind. She is Very professional but also friendly, understanding, patient, helpful, very clear, she even offered to charge my phone while she was busy with opening my account, i can go on and on just to describe her..... And today, i got a call from a friendly and professional Nhlanhla who called me just to follow up. I decided to post my review as you guys, you deserve it. I would miss a chance on recommending this branch to my friends and relatives. Please stay the way you are, you are the best.... @Mbali, Nhlanhla, and the lady who issued my ticket for me (its a pity, i forgot your name but wouldn't forget your precious help) , THANK YOU FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE, I WILL ALWAYS CHERISH IT .....
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER at DIS-CHEM CRESTA MALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Today i have decided to visit the Dischem Cresta even though i dont like to go there anymore because of their cashiers who have a extremely horrible attitude towards customers but since i was in need and couldn't drive to Verdi (my preferred) because it was already closing time. I was served by a cashier named R Naveri, who made a very nasty comment on my children to her colleague who was just sitting on her right side (Even though, i didn't hear the whole sentence) and then the colleague on her turn replied with all the arrogance with a nasty one. i was shocked and told Naveri that she shouldn't speak about my children in that manner especially in front of me, their mother but she didn't even bother to apologize nor to acknowledge what i just said to her but instead chose to ask me if i needed a plastic for my items. Clearly someone who doesn't actually know what she doing there, what customer service is I did report to their manager who promised to deal with the matter tomorrow. I am very furious, disappointed once more again... they think to do us a favor and i made a promise to myself i will never set my foot there again even if it happen its the last one left in the whole World. I preferred to spend my money to a store that deserves it not to unconscious, arrogant and uneducated cashiers
I paid a deposit of R14761.50 for a 2 bedrooms flats 2 years ago. the agent promised me that the house will be prepare before i move in. In my surprise, the tenant who was renting there, didn't want to move out. the previous tenant were still there when we moved in. a breach of contract already. the inspection was not done properly, the house was not fixed as they promised, saying that it was the landlord responsibility. i was left for a week in a house with no keys. bugs everywhere that bites us, a dirty house which i paid someone to come over to clean. Now that i want to move out, they are accusing me and helding me responsible for everything, threatening me that they will not give my deposit back until i have the house fixed. they dont want even to listen to me, saying that there is no proof. they were so nice to me when they wanted me to pay my deposit, that night when i move in while the other tenant was there, they were busy saying that they are sorry now they are shouting at me. Now i know why the previous tenant didn't want to move out. Where on earth does this happen, i will not advise to deal with this agency who doesn't have any consideration, respect for people. they bully you, talk to you as your are a child, unprofessional, liars, empty promises. A very terrible, horrible experience. I am left frustrated, angry. I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK PLEASE PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM, DON'T DEAL WITH THEM, YOU WILL LEFT DECEIVE
