The gentleman who assisted me, Wanda, was super helpful, checking in regularly, I was very impressed by him and would highly recommend Discovery Insure in an emergency.
I found out last year that the bank had my ID listed at SAFPS for fraud and I didn't even know about it. I had never applied for a loan with them. After weeks of trying to get help, I finally managed to send through my documents in November last year, they say the process takes up to 6 weeks but I'm still waiting. I have been emailing and calling ever since with no help. I can't even open a bank account because of this listing and it's so unfair that they don't even follow back or let you know of the listing to give you a chance to dispute.
My partner and I went to the Knead Bakery in Palymra Junction in Claremont, Cape Town. I ordered an eggs Benedict and it got served with egg shells in it. Which I found very disgusting and ruined my appetite. Our waiter told the manager and the manager was extremely rude to us telling us it wasn’t a big deal. An apology would have sufficed but I feel it was racially motivated and would not recommend that Knead to people of color.
I went to deposit money at an FNB ATM in rondebosch and the ATM just swallowed my money and it is not reflecting in my account. I called a call center representative and they were not helpful telling me to go to the branch the next day. What if I wanted to use the money?? This also ruins my whole day as I have to go to the bank first before work. FNB should have a 24hour service to fix these ATM issues. This is not acceptable.
I wanted to open a credit card account with FNB in February, they refused to continue with the application saying I do not have 3 months payslip. I went to the Century City branch today with 3 months payslip and now they are saying I cannot apply because I am high rick. I do not have credit and I am trying to build my credit. How can I build it if my bank won't give it to me
I went to open an account at Edgars a week ago and I have not received any feeback
I applied for a FNB credit 2 weeks ago but I still have not received any word with regards to its processing. I have been emailing the lady who helped me with no response. The only reason why upgraded to the premium cheque card was for the promo amount to pay for the two cards.
