I put a review here on hello peter on 18th November regarding the TV promotion from Vodacom when purchasing a Samsung device. The was a gentleman who contacted me from Samsung after the review and stated they were still out of stock, it has been over a year now as a bought my phone in October 2020. Samsung stated they would get my TV Licence for me and they assured me the TV licence was paid however I have just recieved an SMS from the TV licence department stating my TV licence is still not paid. Samsung, Altron and Vodacom are total frauds, I have submitted numerous complaints and wasted time and money calling the costumer center who just give excuse after excuse. I will be taking the this matter to the Ombud as well as reporting to the consumer protector for the false advertising.

I was also one of the people who bought the Samsung note 20 in October 2020 and was promised the free 32in TV, I submitted all my details and was told the TV was on its way in 6 weeks. Over 2 moths later the TV never arrived as I did not have a TV licence, Samsung then said they are willing to get the licenses on my behalf, I signed there form and off it went again. I received a weybill number and my TV was with the courier but the could not tell me who the courier company was, I sent emails and made 100s of calls to the Samsung altron call center "at my own cost". I eventually got a team leader at Samsung Altron called Dimakatso herm**** who said there were changes in the department as well as no stock of TV, I said the Samsung stor is full of TV so just issue me a voucher for the R3200 and I will go get the TV myself. Eventually there was stock and a lady called Londiwe was processing the TV licences but was awaiting the cash from Samsung to do so then Loniwe was Sick and the stories started comming. In April I was told the TV was dispatched and would be with me in 7-14 days, it never arrived. A moth later I was told again my TV was dispatched and would be with me in 7-21 days, again 2 months later no TV. I requested them to just send me my voucher again and again but no they would get the TV to me, in September 2021 they said the promotion had ended and they were no longer doing the TV. Vodacom Samsung and Samsung Altron are disgusting and do not care about anyone besides their own pockets, I will never deal with Vodacom or own another Samsung product again, absolutely disgusting money grabbing companies.

Absolutely disgusting Standard bank vehicle and asset finance, i had a bit of a mishap with my payments and finally got myself back up to date. After 4 months of speaking to the call center agents and them confirming my account was up to date i suddenly get hit with additional so called "costs" after requesting a full explanation and breakdown of these costs (another 4 months) and getting nothing i layed a formal complaint to the complaints resolution department. Again just like standard bank on reply 9 days later, i have resent my complaint to their resolution department and Cc'd the head of standard bank vehicle and asset ********** and the CEO of standard bank ********** lets see how quick they will be to call me now and if my complaint ever gets resolved................ The ombud is waiting
I get pestered by their agents on a daily basis, at least 5 calls per day. I have requested a team leader or manager when the agents call but the team leader or manager is always conveniently in a meeting or out the office, the agents constantly tell me i will get called back by the team leader in 2-3 days, 10 minutes later i get a call from another of thier call center agents. It has been 4 months of pure harrasment from standard bank and every day i ask for a team leader or manager but never get to talk to one. Stop calling all day and give an irate client a manager to talk to, when i ask for the complints email address i get told they dont have it the team leader or manager will provide me with it when they call........hahaha your customer service is disgusting and non existant.
