Good afternoon Now that I have calmed down, I would like to report this company. I had a very unpleasant experience after using this company since they opened in Tambotie Mall in Randfontein. I spent a lot of money with them over the years, sending parcels overseas, having prints made for my drawing projects, A3 photo quality full colour. over the last 12 months I have been in once a month to do some work in Microsoft word. No internet and they charged me R10-00 for ten minutes for the use of the computer. No problem, I paid them with pleasure, for the service they provided to me. Last week, I went in to have my ten minute Word session, and was informed that the price is now R23-95, I said I am not using the internet, only the PC. I was informed that they now have new owners and that is what it will cost. So needing to get the work done I agreed totally unimpressed. So I sat in front of the computer and plugged in my USB, it took me one second to realise I had the wrong USB with me, and I told them sorry, I will have to come back tomorrow {I live far out of town} They made me pay the full R23-95!! Needless to say I will not ever use this company again.

Arula is an American company selling clothing First you say you are in Cape Town (delivery to me would be maximum 5 days) Then you say you are in Belgium Then you are suddenly in Singapore And now America?????????????????????
I have had exactly the same experience as the review she gave so I am just copying her review: Vital-Essence - ****MER Alert - these people are *****sters I ordered items online from a company calling themselves Vital Essence (https://vital-essence.shop/). They claim to be based in Cape Town South Africa, but this is false information - they are based either in Belgium or Singapore - not sure where actually - this information is also vague and probably false. When I ordered the items, my Visa Card got debited twice (on one order) and I did not get an OTP from my bank either - I was on high alert then already. They sent through an email confirming my order and that was the last I heard from them until 2 weeks later when I started asking where my parcel is. I get the same AI generated response every time (I have followed up with them a number of times now) saying that I must got to the tracking site - which gives information to say where it was docked and that it had reached the destination country port (misleading - they said they were in Cape Town) :-( but that was 2 weeks ago already and they stated that the products would take between 7-14 days to get to me. It's been a month now and I still haven't received anything - except empty emails telling me to go and look at the tracker (which doesn't change - it's a dummy). They also suggest that I can track it on Yuntrack.com but that does not even pick up the tracking number Vital Essence has provided me with. I went onto their Facebook page as well to see what was going on - all of their products are no longer on there and I see quite a few people commenting that they too are still waiting for their orders. We definitely have been ****med by these people - they have **** from the outset. I have reported them to Facebook (not that much will be done by Meta unfortunately), I have opened up a ***** case at my bank and now I am reporting it to you as well since they are using the Spotify platform to conduct their *****ulent activities. If these people are legitimate (I highly doubt) they have done themselves no favors by being so vague and disingenuous with their customers.
I wish to HEARTILY RECOMMEND these people. Their service was prompt, their delivery on par and the individuals friendly accommodating and ...well human. It was a pleasure to deal with people that have not lost focus of the fact of human ethos That it is our interactions with each other that defines our ability to achieve and take us forward a step at a time as a species. I UNRESERVEDLY RECOMMEND THEM AND THEIR ETHIC. Their work is also excellent
I bought three keyrings from this company 7 January, I paid for it and were told that delivery would be in 10 days. I have still not received my parcel, and every time I contact them, I am told to be patient I will get it, and it does not matter what the content of my mail to them is. the response stays the same. I am so frustrated, and I am unable to get hold of anyone,
