During July 2025, I received communication of the unwinding of the MTN Zakhele Futhi shares and will be paid out to all shareholders on 28 July 2025. I've been patient until 1 August 2025, trying to make contact, but to no avail. I even tried the whatsapp number and email, but I still have not received any response. I wasted almost R300.00 waiting on the phone. My husband received his payout 29 July 2025 as promised, according to the communication received.
I'm writing this message with utter dismay of the additional surcharge added to my municipal account without consulting. Why are we paying for city-wide cleaning that should have been included in the Coct budget. We already paying pur rates and taxes and additional surcharges added to our acc that increased wef 1 July such water and electricity and Coxt just go ahead and cost. How are we going to continue on this trajectory in the already tough economic environmentcity. It is ridiculous and why must we continue allow this DA government is milk.
Sanlam money saver service is pathetic, however is it impossible to provide my latest statement on my account. This evening I made another enquiry after Friday and still the latest statement available dated 12 May 2025. Since 17 June 2025 I hade double payments deducted from my account and I can't confirm if all the reversals was done. Every time I use my card since Saturday all transactions are declined. Sanlam will hold me accountable to do the repayments but as the service provider they are not able to provide a latest statement. After enquiry my account and ask for a settlement on my account they can provide a settlement letter within 24 hrs but is not able to provide an updated statement to date available is still dated 12 May 25.
I just noticed a *****ulent transaction on my Capitec account for which I didn't give authorization. How do companies get access to my personal information and implement debit orders against one account?
I logged a call on the 1 May 2023, about *****ulent transactions on my card. I received a sms from VODACOM as a free voucher and received 1 sms with a one time pin code. After processing the one time pin, i received 3 separate sms for which 3 amounts were deducted. I blocked my card immediately on the FNB app and reported the case on 1 May 2023. I was told it takes 30 working days, however I've been following up 5 times with the ***** division and every time I was told my case will be escalated. On Monday 26 June 2023 I was once again told it will be escalated and I will get an sms/call with the outcome. Today for the 6 time I phoned again only to be told that they are not liable for the cost and will not be refunded for the amount deducted. No communication, NO respond, NO feedback from FNB now how can you as a client be guaranteed that your money safeguarded by your bank after I've logged a call the very same time 1 May 2023 when it happened and I've blocked my card on the FNB APP. Yet the FNB BANK CONTINUED still continued to deduct the transactions on my account on the 4 May 2023 and refuse to refund me.
I ordered I sneaker #22218 online from Dripshop on Saturday, 17 September 2022 and was delivered on Wednesday, 21 September 2022. The delivery I received was the wrong sneaker and I immediately phoned to inform the supplier of the error. I spoke to Richard the Wednesday and Friday 23 September 2022 (twice) who promised that he will investigate and revert to me. Empty promises and the biggest scammers because today 26 September 2022 I phoned again and spoke to Richard who again promised to investigate and will revert. I’ve also sending emails and whatsapp messages because I needed the sneaker for today 26 September 2022. I’ve demanded a refund today 26 September 2022 because I had to spend another R1600 to buy a sneaker the weekend. Now that I’m requesting a refund, I’m told by Richard that I need to ship the sneaker back to them and the Manager is only available on a Friday to sort out the refund. Besides my extra cost to buy another sneaker now I must still pay for the shipping to return the sneaker and he refuses to arrange the shipping for their side.… people work hard for their money to just go to waste like this. I’m logging the complaint to warn people to be aware and NOT to order from DRIPSHOP.
Good day I logged 2 queries online with the queries numbers (2869552+A9R37@tickets.livechatinc.com and 2869552+U4JU8@tickets.livechatinc.com) but still awaiting feedback. I tried a 3rd time via email query number is: 210822Q7S8KP still no feedback. My query relates to clarity regarding the attached certificate issued specifically relating to: the end date 31 October 2022, does this mean I will be covered for medical benefits until 31 October 2022 e.g. (chronic meds, GP visits in hospital )?; will I have monthly medical contributions to be paid to the medical aid until 31 October 2022, because my Employer ended my monthly medical aid contributions as at 31 August 2022 does this mean I don’t need to pay any contributions even though my end date on the certificate states 31 October 2022?

I don't even know where to start... bring a member of this medical aid since 2002 but for the last 2 years received the most pathetic service and care from this medical. It's a disgrace to fork out plus minus R4 100 per month but if you need to go to the doctor or pharmacy they don't pay for anything and I end up paying monthly membership and monthly medicine. People please don't even consider this medical because it's not even worthy the name medical aid.
