I have been waiting 45 days for my thermostat on my fridge to be replaced. Emails have been sent with not courtesy of a reply.
This is the 3rd car I've bought from WillowCrest Motors, and I'm very happy with their service. Dwayne's service was also excellent, and I'd highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new car.
Poor customer service, I have been trying to downgrade my subscription for months now with no luck. Emails are deleted without even being opened, other emails are simply not acknowledged or responded to. Customer service non really poor.
Tues 03-April-2018 - Acc paid manually instant eft for full amount. Wed 04-April-2018 - Payment updated on Telkom system according to Telkom. Thu 05-April-2018 - All accounts suspended at 08h00, promised activation 1-5 hrs, then escalated to within 24 hrs. Fri 06-April-2018 - Accounts still suspended, issue escalated. @ 10h10 still suspended. ****Why suspend account, when payment reflects on your system, and why take so long to re-activate????****
