I called and queried a missing eft and delayed otp, I spoke with Tumelo Rakosa and he was very patient, understanding and helpful, he helped me with other smaller issues on my account and did so whilst being lovely to speak with. He was very clearly informed and made me feel like my issues would be dealt with quickly. Now we wait for the company to actually resolve my issues.
Finn auto is a joke! I took my car in on Tuesday and called them the following day on Wednesday to see if they've submitted to the claim to insurance, they hadn't even called them! Then they email me to say that the mechanic is sick and the quote could take a week, I waited the week (which in hindsight I clearly shouldn't have) and then I call again and they STILL hadn't touched my car. Now they told me they will strip my car the next day, and that after stripping they have to send the parts to the engineers and only then can they get me a quote, which could take at least another day for stippping and 2 days for the engineers! I said no thank you, I'll take my car somewhere else, so they charged me R650 for diagnostics, that told me things I already knew about the car, things I told them when I was booking the car for repairs! These are the same people that couldn't find a problem with my car when it was making a funny noise a couple of months ago and the mechanic literally said to me "maybe you were hearing someone else's car" ... so they think I can't tell the difference between my car and another car? They are unorganized, understaffed, condescending and terrible communicators. My car could have been sitting there for a month if I let them continue! They may have an RMI certificate but they don't know how to deal with people, NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Spoke to a lovely agent Mr Ayanda Nzama, he was helpful honest and very friendly! He helped me with my billing issue efficiently and confirmed a few other things in my account I wasn’t aware of, I’m very happy with the service

Rehka Rampurtaab from Budget Insurance, she is very friendly and competent in her job. She assisted me on the call and resolved my query within the call and even sent me an email to confirm! Budget Insurance so far has been easy to deal with and their policy’s cover everything I need at an affordable rate, I love their flexibility and willingness to help 😊
The service in the restaurant is terrible! I booked a table for 15 people for a birthday and was assured everything was booked by the lovely lady on the phone. She took my details and the call ended, only to find out on the said night as the party arrived that the booking had never been made, the manager at the desk said that there was meant to be a deposit paid, they haven't cooked anything so we should leave. They didn't offer an apology, any resolution or assistance in terms of making a new booking or some sort of compensation, instead they argued that I should have taken the name of the lady I spoke with so they can deal accordingly. This is unacceptable as a business to brush of customers this way, it was a huge inconvenience and dampened the mood of a very special day. I would expect a sense of remorse in the tone however we were met with a defensive attitude. Appalled Izzy.
