Terrible service received, more like **** artists. I graduated on the 22 May 2022 from Mancosa and still have not yet received my package which costed R650. I've sent numerous emails and no response to date. I'm graduating again soon and might have to forfeit graduation photos this year as I'm afraid of being ****med again. Really disappointing.
I'm completely disappointed in the service experience I have received from Sell-SA. I made a purchase for MS Project software on the 14th of September and have emailed through proof of payment 3 times over the past 10 days (including the day the payment was made), and I still have not received my purchase order. I've sent several emails requesting assistance which have been responded to without urgency, yet still no help. I would never recommend any professional or student to purchase software from this company.

Completely disappointed with the service I've received from the Travelstart group and Kulula.com over the past month and a half. I'd booked a return flight to Johannesburg during September 2021 dated for the 29th of October and return 01 November 2021. My booking confirmation received from Travelstart included a 20kg bag for both flights but upon arriving at the check in on the 29th of October, Kulula advised me that luggage was not included and I had to pay return baggage fees amounting to R740 (R410 + R330). I've been sending emails back and forth since the 10th of November, spoken to multiple Travelstart agents who all gave me different responses with no resolution. The blame was then passed on to Kulula.com as apparently they were aware of back end system errors and were instructed not to charge customers who had purchased their flights via Travelstart for baggage. Today is now the 16th of December and I still haven't received any feedback since the 26th of November regarding my baggage refund. I've sent through all necessary receipts and references for the payments made. I'm completely appauled with this poor service experience and WILL NEVER recommend any person to use Travelstart to book their flights especially with relation to Kulula.com. The least someone could do is provide me with a way forward because this is now UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Most pathetic customer service!! Placed an order on the 26th of November and still haven’t received any feedback regarding delivery status. Would not recommend Mac Cosmetics online purchasing to anyone. Emails have been ignored and online queries completely disregarded. The worst customer service experience by far!!
Most pathetic service!!! My colleagues and I waited 15 minutes to be seated and thereafter over an hour for our meals to be served, which never arrived. During this time our waiter decided it would be most appropriate to disappear the entire hour avoiding us completely as well as the rest of the staff. To get the managers attention we had to call in to reception and request his presence who then defends the waiter’s behavior and justifies the poor service provided by the staff. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone highly disappointed.
