I am ashamed of the country I live in,i called looking for my cousin whom I did know which hospital he was in after being in an a car accident the guy by the name of Makhanya was so useless,Rude,unapologetic and no empathy towards my situation we should not be going through such nonsense ontop of our distress hospitals should hire people that put themselves in other people’s shoes I am ashamed of our government system The last thing people need while in distress is a sticking attitude MAKHANYA sucks and should not be speaking to people he should rather be cleaning toilets
It my first time getting a delivery from fastway and as a first timer I'm very disappointed I have no sms or emails sent but since Friday apparently they can't get hold of me,such lies Please deliver my parcel I can't sit around and wait for you guys.You need to communicate from the morning if u will deliver so I can arrange for someone to be at home I I'm home today and I need you deliver, this is very bad service I am expecting a call from you otherwise I will cancel my order with the service provider
Impact meter services are very terrible ,we had a deposit of R4900 with them never missed a bill because obviously you miss they switch the electricity off Now that we have moved out and discontinued services with them they not paying the deposit back instead they say we owe them R500 now how is that possible because you don't pay and your electricity gets cut off, they are also so rude this is disgusting
Fnb played with my emotions,Last week Friday I applied for a loan on the system,It was declined with no notification,I then called the Saturday to follow up the consultant said it was declined of which i made peace and asked no questions,The Monday 3rd i was called by fnb to say they see i was busy with an application and it was declined due to system errors am i still interested,There i was very happy and proud of fnb at that time ,In my mind i was so happy that my bank has my back We did everything thing with Dorah ,she laid all options on the table for me we went through processes and procedures,accepted terms and conditions told me on The recorded line that i will get a debi check after I accept the funds will br in my account Tuesday the 4th still no funds Called fnb they said it was declined,i got upset requested to speak to the manager the consultant said he would load a query his working remotely i cant speak to one but would load a query, i was called back after 24 hours with no solution the consultant said she sees it was declined, I asked her why , she said she doesn’t know What the hell? I was promised funds, i made plans as it was a need No manager has called, no call recordings received like i had requested Fnb I am once again requesting all call recordings I am not happy with the manner this was handled
I have never seen such a useless ,pathetic company that deals with people ,They have no feelings and no way of talking to people Impact meter services should shut down ,The manager is also very useless Pathetic ,pathetic i have no other words to describe you guys you rip off people and when they visit site you become so rude ...wooooooow you better shape up !
