This company is literally a scam! They’ve been taking money from our account since we rented a car ONCE! Right now as it stands, they owe us 18K plus! How is that possible? We’re about to take legal action because this is seriously messing up our finances and all we get in return is apologies! Nonsense
One of my favourite takeaway spots! Always happy with the food, especially the 514. Recently went to the Simply Asia in Mall of the South, and the waiter was quite slow, but other than that, everything else was great.
Awesome product range and great variety!
Service isn’t bad, but could be improved on. My main complaint though is the food! How is it, that each time I have food from Sixes my stomach gives me problems. And I know I probably shouldn’t have tried again after the second time, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but clearly there is a serious problem with the hygiene of the bar.
I opened an account with YDE. I made a purchase on the account & decided I don’t really need the account as the items in the shop aren’t really my style. I went to the YDE in Clearwater Mall to go settle the debt owed on the account & to close it. It was extremely full & I decided to just settle the amount owed & close the account at a later stage. I asked the lady how much was owed & she said a bigger amount than the item purchased, but I just assumed it was interest & thought nothing of it. I rushed back home & when I was settled, I checked out my receipt to see that she had charged me extra, for whatever reason, and now I have some credit on an account that I intended on closing . I don’t understand what her intent was, but that was not cool, at all.
Okay so the main reason everyone goes to work is to be paid a salary right? So what is the point of going to work if you were lied to about your salary? That’s exactly what UDM International does. You’re told that the first four weeks of training, you’ll be paid a weekly 1K (which is true, you get your salary on time at the end of the week), and thereafter if you make it through training you’ll be paid a basic salary of 5K + commission (A BLATANT LIE!). Once you have started the first week of training they “explain” to you how your payment structure works, in such complicated terms, but still appeasing, so you still have the idea that you’ll be paid 5K + commission. Once you reach the 2nd week of training, where you’re actually working & are able to calculate the salary yourself, you’ll see that making even 5K is close to impossible, let alone the commission. Especially for the black ladies on the “SheMacc” campaign (yes majority of the employees are assigned to campaigns based on their race). You’re made to feel terrible when you don’t make any sales, as if you can just force people to give you their banking details on the phone & morally it is just wrong, imagine someone telling you they’re unemployed & have no source of income, but still trying to persuade them into taking out an insurance policy, evil! The company itself isn’t such a bad place to work for, they have a fun working environment & have fun incentives, but wow the pressure to make sales vs the remuneration just isn’t worth it.
Today I went to the sorbet at Florida Junction. They were a bit busy so I wasn’t attended to immediately, but I understood as there were many customers & I was eventually attended to & greeted warmly. I was satisfied by the welcome. As I started getting my nails done, the nail technician started pushing my cuticles down extremely roughly, I even complained to her & she said my cuticles are “sensitive” (which is not the case, I’ve gotten my nails done a trillion times & pushing my cuticles down has never been painful). If only I knew from then on it was about to get worse :(. She then proceeded to pick the excess skin around my cuticles extremely roughly that I even started bleeding, it was so sore I wanted to cancel the entire treatment then & there, but I decided to brave it out, wow if only I knew. She then continued with applying acrylic & filing it down. When she filed down the acrylic, it felt like she was about to file down to my skin! I could feel the friction & burn & was almost close to tears. At that point, there was no return. She then applied the gelish coat & as soon as I put it under the UV light it buuurned! That has never happened to me & I assume it was because she was so rough. On top of all of that the application was so untidy, which then meant she had to file the sides again, which, you guessed it was extremely sore once again. It didn’t even make a difference because my nails still look untidy, there is a yellow tinge on the tip of 2 nails (they’re grey) and I can hardly use my hands today, as any contact with any type of liquid causes a burning sensation on my fingertips. You know I was willing to forgive the excruciating pain if my nails would have at least come out looking flawless (we suffer for beauty), but to go through all that pain for subpar nails :(. They at least kept to their policy, which is that should you be unsatisfied with your nail treatment, you don’t have to pay. I can’t fault them on customer service or the general feel of the place, but maybe get your technicians a bit more training?
I Was getting documents authenticated & one of them was wrong. Instead of completely explaining what went wrong, I had to return multiple times until the issue was finally rectified.
The security & some of the lawyers at the high court in Pretoria are absolutely unhelpful & racist.
Brilliant, efficient & on the ball! Would highly recommend
