ABSA mortgage just did a whole life inconvenience, disregarding a singed quotation and went forward with their own without communicating this to any one. Those with legal expertise kindly recommend the best way forward cause there is no way

Nothing has changed but only promises have been made. On August 4th, I was told everything would be resolved within 7 to 14 days, likely just to justify closing the case. It’s now been eight months of ongoing inconvenience with no resolution. If anyone can assist with taking legal action regarding this matter
extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. Despite fully settling the account, there has been no effort from your side to update my credit profile. Why should it always be a struggle to get simple things from Standardbank, regret the day I accepted bond with this bank. A simple consent letter to extend a property will take days with no response, it’s like they don’t even know what’s happening. You need a consent but they ask you to send approved plans, how on earth can municipality approve when they need consent
Never take a service plan from this group, horrible service . You wait all day for authorisation and nobody is bothered to assist they will make you hold for hours. Dropped off vehicle at service by 7am and it is now 2pm no assistance whatsoever , it has been made a norm thank GOD it is my last encounter with them
I have used all banks in SA and this is definitely the most unpleasant bank . You will wait for several weeks just to get a response, you will follow up and they will blue tick you
I bought a PlayStation 5 on the 21st December 2023 ( in the promotion they say the game will come with FUT points which are not ) , I have been following up on this matter with no assistance from game which then referred me to Sony ( I didn’t buy this product from Sony) but have been patient to get assistance which I have not received to day. They seems not be keen to resolving this matter of false advertising
This company is a ****, stay away from them. They have been taking money from my account for the policy they now claim it’s not active. now they don’t want to process my tyre claim on grounds that it’s not active ***, why are you debiting for something not active ? Imagine if they can’t process a tyre claim and come with lousy excuses , imagine a bigger claim … Typical insurers doing dodge when it’s time to claim .
Does it really need to take 5hrs plus for a tyre claim to be processing? Wouldn’t it be better to save that money for times like this so I don’t have to wait for the double inconvenience of waiting for back and forth on tyre claim really? Tired of this Motovantage inconvenience
