Worst service from FNB when you least need it!
Our business was ****med and we reported it to SAPS and FNB. Its been almost a week and we have not even heard back from John Volmink (the investigator) to confirm that the documents have been received despite numerous follow up emails and a call to the ***** line again. This is a sensitive and traumatic matter and there is just no reaction from FNB. Sad.

Avoid this company at all costs.
Avoid this company. After making sure they (still nameless as they don't show names anywhere i found) had stock of the colour we needed they shipped the wrong colour to our client. Embarrassing for our company but you could say an honest mistake right? Then they don't answer their phone but communicate via whatsapp and email. The worst is they then try to justify that the colour that they sent (dark green) is a shade of the colour that we ordered (mint green) even though they have a colour chart right on their own website that CLEARLY shows the difference! That's the worst response you can have to a legit customer query. We have requested a refund but have heard nothing from them yet. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered an item on Sunday and it was delivered on Monday morning... so enough said. First shop is entitled to a mic drop here... well done.

unauthorised registration/debit order
Avoid this company like Covid, its a total scam! This company has a registered profile under my ID number and what they call a signed contract that was never signed by me. Now already stolen R500 plus in debit orders from me and doubt if ill get it back.
