Worst company I have ever dealt with. My father placed an order with them for rubberproof liquid rubber and he paid upfront. He did tell them I will fetch the order the following day, however I did not need it same. When I called them to arrange to fetch the item the lady told him that he fetched the order already. He was shocked because he know he hadn't. She said someone used our company name and took it. She said they did not present any invoice but they sent it off. Now the items are outstanding and I paid. They are not accommodating us even though it was their own negligence. This is ridiculous. They sent items with a person that had no authority or invoice to fetch. Do not support this company as they have no system and do not know how to treat customers.
I have used aramex for the past 3 deliveries I had.. its was the most unpleasant experience for me as a client. The first instance I had take leave because I received a message that my parcel will be due today. I waited the whole day and made numerous calls to enquire. I was ensured that it will be delivered however I had no delivery. The package was delivered the next day. Which means I had a days unpaid leave. On a 2nd instance I had the same scenario where I had to take leave.. and then no one showed.. I called over n over and they told me it will come.. eventually it cake at 9pm... after me making a fuss...after a whole day of waiting. And today the 11th of may I have the same issue.. I waited from morning.. I even called early morning to ask about my delivery to ensure the same error doesn't happen and yet I have no answers still. This is absolute bull****. As a client that had to take leave and then all those days of unpaid leave goes for nothing. Just waiting on empty promises.. I would like to inform everyone who is reading this to not use aramex.. rather use poster. They always accurate. Aramex is quick to take your money but they don't deliver. I would never use aramex again. I have made so many calls to aramex where they either say that the package is back at the depot or that they came and no one answered...which is lies ..as I was always at home.. so they are built on lies.
The electrical fault department is a joke. For them being an emergency service and the way they operate their services is far from professional..we reported a fault on Friday.. but till now we are sitting with no power in the house. Calling this fault department is a no response issue. We sat on the phone with no response.. this government department need to get their act together. It's a shame that it as spiraled so low. I went to checkout yesterday after many years.. I normally don't visit checkout because it is very unhygienic. However it was of convenience at the time. When I went to the store the security handed me a sale paper which was an A4 size.. I saw that they had Bokomo corn flakes on sale, 3 for R100..I went to pick a few. The corn flakes was advertised on the shelf with the sale signage as I looked to just make sure. When I went to the till, the cashier was very rude n she told me it's no longer on special.. I told her it says on the sale paper while stocks last. She had told me the stock finished yesterday and put new stock and the sale is over. I had informed her that the security just gave me this sale paper now and that it indicates sale on the shelf currently. She said "ya only yesterday " we called the manager and she was extremely rude, she said that we cant take it at the price n she said that the shelf doesn't say sale. I even went n looked again. However she was very rude and the store was falsely advertising.. the trolleys are not being sanitized,there are no wipes for the handles and the service is utterly poor. As professional people, we don't expect to be treated like animals.
If I could give a zero star rating I would have.. I purchased an ARIZONA burgundy gel leather fabric sofa from Ted's home store on the 8th of October 2017. For the price of R14350. After 6 months it started to bubble and peel...eventually all the sofas peeled.. which left a very ugly site in my home.. it didn't even last us a year. We have contacted Ted's home store in 2018 to inform them of the condition and quality of the sofa. We have made numerous attempts and calls to get help.. we even sent in photos of the sofa for them to see exactly how it peeled. Till date Ted's home store have not assisted me in anyway to help me out. They suggested that I pay them to cover it. And even after they cover it, they cannot give a guarantee.(which means,seeing the quality of their work, that this will continue every six months)...This is very unfair as we paid promptly for these sofas only for them to last 6 months. They said that they only cover mechanical faults. As a consumer, I can see that it is absolutely ridiculous. Customers don't expect a big item such as a lounge suite to last 6 months. This is absolutely unfair to any consumer. Please help.
I have an insurance for 3 years with king price, and i am only submitting a claim now due to the heavy rain causing a problem with my car. Recently i put a claim through for my Mercedes Benz C180. The first time the car was towed away, and during the time that the car was at the assessors, King Price did not make an attempt to even contact and keep me updated on whats happening with my vehicle. (not a message or phone call). The car was then sent to me without being repaired. There after we had the same problem with the vehicle and King Price came to fetch the car again. The second time the car was towed. And after 7days of no response from King Price, only when i called them to find out about the progress about my vehicle, the lady said that she is waiting for a response from the assessors in order to get back to me. On query of the whereabouts of my vehicle, another lady said "firstly the car is towed to jhb" my response was "i live in durban, why is it in jhb" then she said "oh! You in durban, let me just check again" (she said very casually) then she gave me three different addresses. Then i phoned the three different companies in order to check up on my vehicle, and then i found out that none of them have my vehicle. Thereafter i call the towing company and the guy said "your car is in Springfield park" and King Price didnt even know where the car was located.. Thereafter i called the company in Springfield Park and the person that spoke to me said they are actually shocked that this car is with them for 2 weeks and they didnt know where it came from because the towing company had brought the car to them at 6pm and they close at 5pm. The towing company had left the car outside and had given the keys to a security gaurd. On the next day when they came on duty they seen my car and the guard gave them the keys. The company didnt know where the car came from as they had no mandate on what to do with the vehicle. They were so glad when i called because now atleast they know which insurance had dropped the car off. On getting back to King Price with this information, they were very disinterested and very unhelpful, they always said that they will "get back to me" and yet they dont, unless i call them and i will still be kept on hold for 20minutes and even after that they have not got back to the assessor with instructions on what to do with the vehicle. I put numerous call backs and no one got back to me. After i put a call back on my daughters phone they had called instantly, so to me it seems as if i am being ignored. Honestly, After i am done with this claim i will be cancelling my 3 vehicle insurance and i will never refer king price to anyone.
Very poor service..my fone came back with scratches and they dont even bother to call u back with updates.
