If I could give a zero rating I would! It’s NYE ABSOLUTELY NO ONE IN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT IS WORKING. been trying to get through for over an hour and no joy. They suspended my account even though I’m due to pay on the 1st and when I try making payment it’s says I don’t owe anything on the account. No one to escalate the matter to cause no one is available. Do not sign up with webafrica you will be ever sorry. I cannot work now because of this and no response from there offices.
My complex experienced some intenet down time due to this horrible weather we hav been having in CPT, initially I was told that tech are working on the fault only to find my neighbors internet was restored however mine was still down. On the second day of downtime I contacted Webafrica and had the pleasure of dealing with Tamsanqela S, he/she was helpful, patient and professional. he/she assisted in resetting my router and within a few minutes all was restored. Thank you Tamsanquela S now I can work from the comfort of my home again :)
The consultant was delightful and ensured that my request was resolved.
I have had hassles for the last two weeks getting my Afrihost account query resolved I dealt with three different individuals, Eric who has absolutely blatantly not gotten back to me or escalated my query to the correct department & Minimol who sends me a statement for an account I cancelled in 2017. Finally, I spoke to Mathapelo.M in accounts who for obvious reasons had to deal with my wrath. She was calm, listened & did not get rattled by my irate behaviour and escalated the query and could give me a solution within minutes. I now await hr email confirming my next steps, but already feel like there is resolve. Thank you Mathepelo Afrihost is lucky to have you.
