Bad unfure treatment with **************
I'm Mrs SE Mollothe widow of the lat LH Mollo who was a police officer in 2021 he passed away We were married in community of property when he passed on they denied me to make a claim for my potion and my son they said I was nominated to the nomination form but to my surprise they allowed the ex wife of my late husband to submit The west part she got a degree of divorce that states very we'll that she must stay away with her potion as much as his ex husband I haven been taken from pillar to post I even lodge a complain at ombudsman till this day nothing had happened hope this time will get help my persion number or my ref is CPB 7414231 .l feel very frustrated that GEPF doesn't consider my mirage any my son they will all say relevant department will respond. .please your intervention will highly appreciate.

Bad client service
I have been struggling to get my chronic meds since September 2023 . Sent from pillar to post by AFA. Every time it's the same story. Should I die first before they can update and authorize for my meds . I have been on chronic for more than 7 years

Most horrific service
I have a gap cover with Sanlam Kaelo which I put in my claim last month 29/07/2023 and ever since they have been giving me the run around. The have a bad service. Always looking for the same paper work you already submitted. To date my claim is still being processed.

My daughter and I was ****** of our cell phones Huawei y 90 and we reported to the police . We got a case number My issue is when I took an insurance with them I was never told that there will be a Levie which is almost like buying a new phone. I was assisted by Elise and she gave me the best service another issue is that they refuse to give my daughter another phone.. they are *****'s

Bad service and unfair treatment
My son Linda was referred to a rheomatology due to back pain that he has been safering from and for two years he was going to the back clinic. Due to not having any savings left Dr charged me R200 for consultation. I have been pay gap cover since 2019. I submitted all that was requested on the 29/06/2023 and till now I am given the run around. Everytime I call I get a different person who ask for some thing else. Their turn around is 10day but till to date I have not received anything except email that request the same things that I have submitted. This is frustrating.

Bad service
On the 16/1/2023 till 25/01/2023 my Daughter Busisiwe L Mahlangu was admitted in Breckenview hosipal. All her in patient amitoin was taken out of my medi vault and left ewith no savings at all. I queried this with them and no reasonable answer given. My daughter never even had physio in hospital but I'm also build for it. Right now she is on chronic meds but can't even access them. Bad service
Trying to load money app since 2020 after suspect fraud that icall the bank to close my account. Went to different Nedbank branches since then till to date to fix my profile and unsuspend my profile so I can load and use my money app but have been take from Pillar to post including the telephone helpline. . very angry , frustrated and disappointed with this.

Bad service from all this well known furniture stores
discrimination against people with disabilities.they immediately denie your application.whether you are on permanent or temporarily disability. Even when you have a confirmation of employment letter and continuation of salary benefits.
