I completed a lay-by in June and till this day I have not received it. They have been saying “they don’t have stock” till this day and I followed up and they tell me they had stock and sold it. Really good at taking money but terrible at delivering
I was called for an extended service plan and what I agreed to over the phone is not what's on the document. I have been sending countless emails to get my policy amended or canceled since they clearly can't ammend it. I'm tired of doing the same thing.
I have a service plan and unlimited warranty plan with you. I tried calling and I have been kept on hold for more than 15 minutes just to get a balance on my warranty plan. I called earlier and was told the plan is on a month to month but my policy document says it's 24 months. Can someone please just give me a balance on paper so that I see exactly what amount I still have to pay or to settle these accounts. I was considering taking an extended plan but with service like this I doubt I will.
My account got double deducted for one order today, Please return the additional amount taken!
The EFT payment I made in April still has not been allocated, I have asked since that time for allocation of payment, called in multiple times and sent through the proof of payment and even went to one of your branches to submit the proof but to no resolve! What must I do for this to be done?
Can someone give me clarity as to how much money you gonna take on the 25th of this month?? I received 2 bills and I want clarity. You state I owe you insurance fees on my device and yet somehow you are able to debit my account for the monthly packages. I am not to pay for the months you guys weren't able to debit my account for insurance when you have my banking details and failed to debit.
