I have been trying to get into contact with Miway to discuss policy changes . Spoke to Claudelle Scholtz and Mbalenhle Nkumbe on the secure chat . Both these representatives either just left me on hold and never returned or just ended the chat once I stated what my request is . Very poor service and time wasting .
Loan paid off months ago , have paid up letter from that company . These people keep calling , smsing , emailing and harassing.
Did a quote with budget - declined the offer , now constantly receiving calls from them . Not only Budget but also first for woman and auto and general . I E requested multiple times to please stop being contacted but it still happens !

Placed an order with pick n pay ASAP - waited for delivery when the app states it’s been delivered . Called them- they said it’s delivered . Explained situation- they will find out and get back to me. It’s been over 18 hours - multiple phone calls, some of the consultants drop your calls, spoke to managers - nothing. Money wasted , time wasted and very poor customer service . Don’t use this service
@FNB transferred R2500 from my Cheque account without my approval or conesent into a different account(which in arrears- whereby a different arrangement was made)I received no communication and did not authorize the transfer and was subsequently told they are within their rights to do so according to their reserve policy.I am unable to reverse the transaction and was transferred to 5 different departments without any reasons other then the person who did it does not answer their calls . I simply just received an in contact message saying the transfer was made . Worst service I ever received after being with this bank for over 10 years . For my ‘trusted bank’ to literally take food out of my mouth and use the excuse of ‘ we don’t know why this happened ‘ ‘ just accept it ‘ is not only unacceptable but really disheartening. Me and my family ( and there are 5 different account holders ) will be moving immediately to a different bank .
