Very disappointed with booking.Com together with Birchwood hotel. Called them in time to modify my stay due to grand parent illness had to modify my stay, paid them R2000 for 1 day stay on Saturday, mind you their so called reservations manager was nowhere to be found, on Monday upon return they cancelled my stay, ***!!?? Could have usedy hard earned money on something useful, super dissapointed at them both.

Booked an accomodation in Hammanskraal, 24 September 2023. The following day property cancelled my stay stating they don't have space. informed booking.com that they shouldn't proceed with paying the propertyand refund my money, nothing was done until date, for weeks and weeks I did follow-up to no satisfactory results
I bought a R499 package that comes with 1 month free inclusive of freee installation and free router, the sales agents activated a R689 package without anything free. They don’t inform me of this until just after installations were done, the activation happened on the 13 September after I paid on the 1st of September and querying them with follow ups emails and phone calls only after 13 days in, they did the installation, on the 14 September 2021, the internet paused and they billed me R401, when I queried it, they said it was for prorata of September. And that’s when I learned the product was ana incorrect one, I lodged complaints about this, the agent that’s been assisting denied I applied for the promotion, I requested they listen to phone recording and get back to me, no feedback and no copy of recordings was sent, today is the 20th of September, they just emailed me another bill worth R1100. My internet is still off, they still haven’t given feedback regarding phone call recodings, and I just cancelled all my service with them, they threaten to have me pay for the installation and the router, I told them when I signed up it said free installation and free router, they will get their money where the sun don’t shine they must come and collect their rubbish
I bought a Hover board from them over the festive season, a few weeks later noticed it was faulty, reached out to them for a repairs or replacement, ofcourse like all other retailers they were closed over the festive season. But soon after they re-opened, Andile had replied to my query about this issue, they arranged a courier to collect my item for repairs, they then explained it will take a few weeks then they'll update me once its complete. a week later what do you know, I had a courier guy delivered my fixed, working hoverboard and the kids were pleased, I appreciate a good customer service, please do keep it up. Well Done
Was involved in a vehicle accident, only to discover they under insured the vehicle and worst my potable possessions cover is standard with the classic plan but they refuse to pay my damaged cellphone and watch ofwhich they don't honor their own terms and conditions as per their plan schedule @page 33 & 34 under clause 10.2. Question is then why all this loud false adverti*****t then when the accident finally happens, you refuse to honor your words??? Such incompetency, they all go on about replacing cellphones within 48hrs of reporting, I'm on day number 21 have suffered loss of my iPhone & watch?? Don't even mention the false 15% Boost if car is written off value that they market, they gave me 0, nothing whatsoever!! What a disgrace for supposed respected brand. Best insurance for who????
Bought a Huawei Mate 20 pro according to their promotional adverts on the 2nd of March, until now I haven't received my GT Watch as promised, they giving me excuses that they will investigate and get back to me, it's the entire month now and still not one person got back to me about this matter!!!??? I want my watch, I was the first people who bought your phone for this promotion, I want it!!!
Hauwei is running a Promo on Mate 20 pro where is you purchase a new phone Mate 20 pro you receive a Huawei GT watch, I bought said phone from Mall of Africa Vodacom, only to find out the IMEI number was claimed/ used. Tiull this day I still don't have my watch and Vodacom is refusing to take their phone back and/or give me my watch??? like ***?????
