Buying a car is supposed to be exciting, right? Well, not if you buy from Ford Bruma! My experience started with a salesman who seemed to have missed the memo on customer service. I thought, “Okay, maybe he’s just having a bad day.” But nope! Turns out, it’s a company-wide sport to be unhelpful. A month into owning my car, the boost pipe decided it had had enough and burst. No big deal, I thought, I have a motor plan! Silly me. When I went back to get it sorted, the salesman passed me on to the manager, and wow, talk about a plot twist! If I thought the salesman lacked professionalism, the manager took it to the next level. It was like a relay race of bad service. At this point, I realized something: these guys don’t just provide poor service... they specialize in it. The level of not caring was almost impressive. If I was looking to buy a car that wasn’t unique, I’d have run for the hills and never dealt with them. But alas, here I am, regretting why such a beauty of a car was sold at this dealership. It deserved better, and so did I. If you enjoy being ignored, given the runaround, and feeling like an inconvenience instead of a customer, Ford Bruma is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and buy a donkey it might be more reliable and come with better after-sales support!

I was charged R2800.00 for what and they debit order of R170 is what? when I was buying the car, I agreed because a tracker is a tracker. I loved to why?
I just lost confidence from DialDirect because I called today asking for an explanation about the Dialdirect Monthly Payback and why I got paid less than projected and the agent kept insisting that last month I was speeding that is why I got rated 4 stars and when checking the app speeding was 1.29%, so now I am afraid if any happened to me this 1.29% speeding will be used against me, I do not understand why would she kept insisting on speeding while I was asking why I didn't get the projected amount shown on the app. I think it is better to be safe than sorry, Goodbye DialDirect I have lost trust in you and I do not think you got my back or you have the best interest in me and it shows in your company culture
I had a debit order from MTN for 3 months for an account I never opened, I called MTN they asked me to send them affidavit and close the account which I did on June last year I got a call from debt collectors, I told them that I didn't open the account they asked to do the samething and send them the affidavit which I also did and they never call again, I go to see my credit history I find that I'm in arrays with MTN, I call the dept collectors since I had they numbers and they tell me that the account is closed and refer me to MTN. When I call MTN they direct me to the forensic team and they tell me that they did the investigation and found that the account was opened fraudulently and they asked for my email address to me a document to send to the credit bureau it's been three months now and in my credit history shows that I'm in arrays with MTN and I haven't received the documents and calling MTN has been a nightmare if lucky you find someone that can help the team is no way to be found its either they are in a meeting or not there. I don't understand why would someone lie to me and not send a simple thing like an email. Can someone please help me with what I have to do because I sent the same affidavit to MTN and the respond I got from them was; Good day Thank you for contacting Compuscan. We cannot log a fraudulent dispute unless we receive all the attached requested documents or a letter from MTN stating that the account was opened fraudulently. Kind regards Jacques Du Plessis Consumer Care Consultant Which was; Good day Sir, thank you for your e-mail.
