This "company" has been calling non stop for the past 2 years and keeps on threatening to take legal action for a "contract" that I signed. I have asked numerous times for this so called contract but get nothing. I even reported this to Wendy Knowler (but got no reply). They cannot charge interest if they are not registered. I'm waiting for the Summons lol
In 2021, this company harassed me to sign a form which clearly stated it is for a FREE SERVICE. They have now come back and refuse to accept that they misrepresented me to say that there is a contract in place. 2 years later they send an invoice and demand that I signed a contract which they cannot present. They have now insisted on claiming from me and exorbitant amount which I never signed up for. UTTER *******. I am unsure how many other people they have done this to. Their collection agents insist that they are correct.
We had my daughters 16th at THE GRILL at The Riverside Hotel in Durban. The staff were exceptional and made the evening and the function as a whole so pleasurable and less stressful. From the Manager to the waiters, they had smiles on their faces and always willing to assist and offer suggestions. THANK YOU
This company should be reported to Government as they are scamming people out of thousands (for those that have actually paid). I am waiting for them to institute legal action as they have threatened. There was no binding agreement as the form said FREE. I wonder if anything will be done with these scam artists.
This useless service provider has the most useless consultants who will not assist. A debit was done of my account on a Saturday and today is Wednesday. 10 phonecalls later, they have not reconnected and every time we call, they give us a new excuse. When asked if a Supervisor can be spoken to, they say that they can't do that or that someone will call in 24 hours. Businesses are losing money at this moment because of them. They are NOT prepared to go the extra mile yet can pay their staff an exorbitant salary for nothing.
I had the best experience this morning when Meshen Chetty assisted me with resolving my problem of having the car battery recharged. Within an hour of me sending an email, it was resolved. The best start to the day thanks to him.
We have been with MyTelnet for over 5 years and have had nothing but good service from them. Any issues raised were dealt with timeously and they went the extra mile to assist in whatever way they could. Tasha, Jyren and Karen are ever ready to assist while Sanele has been a star when he came to our offices to assist with relocations. I would recommend them anytime as a service provider.
