Bad customer service
Extreeeemley bad service. All the consultants do is tell you to contact your bank because the issue lies there. They’re so lazy and unhelpful. I’ve been sitting with funds in my PayPal account for the past 2 weeks and I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone and every time I do, I’m passed over to the next person and at the end of the day, get nothing at all done or resolved. Their systems are also very confusing when it comes to withdrawing money from the PayPal account. There are hardly any guidelines about how to go about withdrawing funds either.

TAKEALOT FAILS TO REFUND CUSTOMER
I bought earbuds (headless earphones) from Takealot last month and returned them last month because they were too big. I was then told that I could not be refunded because the product was missing accessories. This was fine, the problem is that a month later I have still not received the product back that I paid R400 for. With desperate communication numerous times to Takealot team, I was only ever referred to someone else who told me the same thing over and over "we will escalate the matter to the relevant team and will revert back to you" NEVER did I ever get an email with some sort of actual progress. Where the product is or when it will reach my address. I communicated with several consultants all who replied with the same email. To this day, a month later, I have not received a phone call, any indication that someone is seeing to the issue nor have I received a refund or the earbuds back. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and simply the lack of communication and care from Takealots side. Seriously frustrated at this ****py service. Feel like I'm being blatantly ignored!

Beautiful restaurant, the decor is modern and the golf course itself is stunning. The grounds are neat and the scenery covered with endless vegetation. I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap with a side of garden salad, I'm a hundred percent happy with the food and great service :)

Great drinks and yummy food! I would recommend some ventilation in the place as the smoke gets abit much. Nevertheless, had a good time :)

Living life well
Table Bay branch and Kloof street have to be the most reliable and efficient. The staff are extremely knowledgeable on the health products and take their clients very seriously, from conditions like IBS to cancer patients. I am very impressed at the urgency I was treated with. I may not have left with a dozen products but I left with a mind full of how to live life well starting from something as simple as a cup of tea. Like their motto states : we check the ingredients so you don't have to. In this I trust!

Bravo!
This little bakery in Blouberg stays open until 10pm, I love their sweet treats, you can count on their authentic pizza aswell as strong coffee too! Owner and staff are lovely.

If I could rate 6 stars, I would. Yet again, swinged by to pick up my authentically prepared ham and avo pizza topped with salome, quick and easy and delicious! Love their little sweet treats on offer too and the owner is always so welcoming :)

Slow service, good food.
The service was a little slow, I supposed because people flocked here for the beautiful view and sunshine. Over all, food was good and waiter tried his best :)

5 star seafood!
I love coming to Blowfish on Mondays. They have a special seafood platter for two! The portions are large and seafood so fresh including; catch of the day, king prawns, mussels in white sauce and a side of chips, rice and mixed veg. Love love. Other days I go for sushi, as amazing.
