Fourie nel attorneys we appointed by standard bank to do my transfer as i bought a house through the bank. The process started on May 12 2021.i paid them all the money in mid June. And when i contacted the to get an update i was told by Sina Apane that process will be finalized mid August. This after there was no communication from them to me unless i asked something. Today i went to their offices and i will never forget the experience. There is a lady called Maryke de Vet. She was rude shouting at me from the corridor telling me the delay was with the council and she does not work for the council so i should see what i do. I told her i have no place to stay as i have to vacate the room am renting by Saturday 31.07.2021. She asked what do i want her to do with that. All this time she is shouting and we are in the reception arrea. I am so disappointed in the way they treated me. When i went there to sign they were so welcoming and promising. But now that i paid them am treated like nothing. When i told her i will take this matter further she said i should do so. Maryke de Vet is rude and don't care about anyone. The sad thing is now they have taken my joy of at last owning my own house and threw it in the drain. Am so saddened by the experience and i feel cancelling the whole process couse all it has brought ti me is pain, stress and sadness.
I went President Hyper in Krugersdorp to pick a few things i needed today. I was so disappointed with the service i got from SIPHOKAZI NYATHELA. a cashier at the store. She refused to clean the counter after a lady who was paying before me left some liquid residue. The COVID19, corona virus is upon us and the number of infection is rising again. But we still have rude and arrogant people who refuse to clean counters. The girl refused to clean the counter because i was chatting to the old lady in front of me and i told her sometimes they dont clean the counter, whic is true. Not all of them does. SIPHOKAZO NYATHELA is rude and arrogant and because of her am thinking twice about ever spending my money there again. She told me with an angry attitude that she is not going to clean but will do it after me because of what i said. I mean i am a customer, i have the right to make a remark. She started making rude remarks towards me. But i just ignored her. I am so disappointed really as the store has good prices. I reported the matter to her supervisor who told me to forgive her. What about my health? What if i picked up germs or the CORONA VIRUS from that dirty counter? Right nw i might becatching COVID 19because of bad customer service.
After my first review about Edgars, they did not bother responding. I went to Facebook and wrote about my experience with Edgars. That is when they responded, requesting i send them my email address, cellphone number, and ID number which i did. But still edgars has not closed my account. I mussed out on an opportunity to own a home as i was supposed to give the paid up letter to the estate agent who was helping buy a house but because i did not have proof that my edgars was paid up the deal went down the drain yesterday. Edgars has really ruined my life. I sent morw than 5 emails with the information they requested but still. Nothing is been done. Today one of their agents called me. But it all made everything worse. She told me i still owe a balance which is why my account cannot be clised. I paid up the account 127.00 on Sunday 16/08/2020. When the store consultant sent me to call the call center to close the account. I was so overwhelmed by what the lady told me today, when i asked if she knew how i felt. She rudely told me she does not know how i feel as she has never been in the situation i am in. Edgars really made my life hell. They took away what was going to be my home forever. The agents dont care. You feel like they are laughing at you when you talk to them. Their service is really bad and pathetic. I will never forget what edgars did to me after all the years i have been a loyal customer this the thank you i get. I could not even finish the call with lady today couse i felt like i was being interrogated instead of being helped. I had to cut the call as i could not control my tears
I went to edgars westgate shopping center. I wanted to close the account i have with them. The store assistant told me to pay off the balance which was R127. 62. After i paid he put me on the phone to call the call center. After holding almost a lifetime a lady answered. I gave her my ID number and told her i want to close the account. She said with confidence that she will help me do so. She requested my email address, cell number and home address. Which i gladly provided. After all that the girl told me i need to send them an email with all my details for a credit check before they can close my account. I told her i just gave all that information and she said it was correct now why must i send an email? I told her in the beginning of the call you said you will help me close my account and now why all this. She told me its procedure. I feel so angry and feel i was treated like a fool. Bad customer service really. She should have told me from the beginning that i need to send an email instead she made a fool of me by giving me an impression she was going to help me then tell me i need to send an email. Secondly i dont understand why they are doing a credit check when i just paid up the account and want to close it. I have proof for Gods sake. I know by tomorrow they will add anounts and expect me to pay. The service was bad and unfair to me as a castomer. I held the line for almost 20 minutes to be treated like a fool. Am not happy at all. Their service is bad. She did not even bother to provide the email address that i was supposed to send the email to
I have had a contract with telkom mobile for over a year now. Yesterday after they recharged my mothly data. It all disappeared. This started last week when i bought 250 mb of data twice and i never used it but it also just disappeared. This all started last month after all this time i have been with telkom. I feel this is day light robbery as when you calk their call centre all you get is a voice prompt. They sent me an sms saying i have 505 mb and in 3 minutes time sent me another one saying i have 200mb. How can 305mb disappear in 3 minutes. I have been a loyal customer and dont deserve to be treated like this. I never changed any settings on my phone for them ti reply on Facebook saying my background apps are using my data. Why only now? After all these months? I need my data back or i will cancel this whole contract and debit orders. They should have the decency ti aleast call me instead of hiding behind facebook. I have heard people talking about the bad service they got from telkim and defended them but now its happining to me. I want my data back or i will block your debit orders
This evening i went to the Kagisi Chamrock Shell service station. I had to wait behind 2 cars for over 7 minutes. After the attendent on the left front finished with the car , i moved in for my car to be filled up but he just left me there and went to service another car which had just came after me. They did not seem to care as when i asked for the manager the guy who finally came to help me told me the manager was not available. I went inside the shop and the lady there told me the manager was a guy in a white shirt. I went to him to complain but he just laughed at me saying will speak to the guys. Showing no interest at all. I was very upset and still cannot believe how the standard of servece i got from the station i use almost everyday. Its sad to see that we are treated like this by the people who are supposed to give us service. I am so disappointed and will make surw i advice everyone against that establishment. Sad thing is that this is not the first time something like this happens in the same establishment.
I have an account that i have been paying every month since disbur*****t. Now i have a balance of plus minus R600 and have sent 2 emails and tried to call homechoice for a settlement letter as i wanted to close the account last month. I sent the emails on 25th March 2019 and instead of the letter all am getting is sales emails and calls. This is not the first time homechoice does this to me, i regret why i even bought from them after my first bad experience with them. Homechoice used to call me everyday sometimes even more than 10 times a day. One day they called me at 10:58 in the evening to sell me duvet covers. The service at homechoice is bad, all they know is to call you numerous times a day when they want you to buy but when you need their assistance they are never there.
