For a second month Dischem told me that i dont have a script with them I had to argue with the pharmasist and made him to check my file before he reaslised he is wrong and that my script was with Dischem. This is after i have been getting the same script for more than 2 years from the same store. I dont have medical aid and i can get meds from a government hospital for a fraction of a price but because of the pandemic i choose to buy my cronic medecine cash from dischem and have been doing so since 2019. I now regret spending my money at Dischem and will now look for a Clicks or other Pharmacy. At one stage i use to get a monthly call from Diachem and had my script pre ordered for collection but it all stopped when my previous script ran out. Highly dissapointed in Dischem service the last 2 months.
My son had a birthday recently and his only wish was to get a TV Game Racing Steering wheel with pedals. I saw that Incredible Connection had a special On one product. I contacted IC at Mall at Carnival and the sales person told me that he had one racing wheel left for R1500. When i arrived and made the purchase, the price was actually R999. The sales person hinted for a coke as he just saved me R500. But i just gave a heartvelt thank you. Sharing my sons excitement we went home. We found that even though the steering wheel is rated for the game console, it did no work. We tried everything even downloaded the driver directly from the internet onto the console. I then contacted the store at 4:45 only to find that someone picks the phone up then puts it down. I could hear people talking and noises from the mall. From 4:50 pm on wards, the phone would just ring. Shop is supposed to close at 5 pm. Went back on Saturday. At first the staff was helpful and gave me a refund via integrated card payment system and the lady said the funds should be back in my account. Being Saturday , i figured the funds will probably return first working day, Monday. While walking through the shop, i noticed that there were still 2 other consoles also for sale. I then realized that the initial "special" i saw in the news paper was the same game console that the sales rep apparently or supposedly gave me discount on in order to score a coke. I felt that the sales rep tried to take advantage of this occasion on me not knowing that the game console was actually advertised for 999. The sales rep made it look like he cares. Then Tuesday i checked my account and the R999 had not yet returned. I called IC head office and they said it will take between 7-10 working days for the funds to return. This is not what the sales person at the shop told me. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Not only do i feel like the staff at IC tried to con me and take advantage of a sale which was supposed to be a special - not take a normal priced item and then makes it look like they care and then offer discount to gain personally out of the sale- but i was also lied to in order to make the sale happen (last item was in fact not the last item). On top of this i have to wait 2 weeks for a refund. Very disappointed in IC and i don't think i will support Incredible Connection anymore. Incredible Connection Service is on a downhill, just look at all the unanswered reviews. Seems like they just don't care.
Imbuyiso Consulting Has debited my account without my consent, without any prior arrangement, no verbal confirmation or written agreement or approval from me. My ABSA bank account is not even one month old and they took R2000 debit without a formal arrangement. This has caused debit orders to return pput my family in a predicament.
I am so Fed up with MTN. They have disconnected our phones more than 7 times in the last 2 weeks. Why can't MTN resolve this issue. Why do we have to spend hours on alternative phones, trying to resolve this issue ourselves with MTN. Is it incompetence or lack of caring or both?
Very upset with standard bank. They blocked my account. Not able to do any transactions. Went to Lambton branch - closed down then went all the way to east rand mall branch only to find they also closed down even though internet says its open. This had messed up my entire day. Kids at home on school holiday not able to eat or watch tv because i cant buy prepaid.
We are receiving very bad service from MTN and delayed response which affects our work and personal life.
