I purchased the fat protein bodifying relaxer for the first time and used it to relax my hair. OMG as I was working the relaxer into my hair, my hair strands started braking and falling out. At first I thought it was hair that was supposed to fallout anyway and didn’t think much of it until I rinsed my hair. 😭😭😭 my hair fell off my head like It was being cut off. I lost so so much hair that I now have to cut it all off. I can’t guys. Now I want to know what is the way forward??? I am extremely disappointed.
I ordered a tall hot chocolate from the McDonald’s in Norkem Park and wow I had the shock of my life. It was the yuckiest hot bev I’ve ever had. No effort was taken into prepare it as it was sooo tasteless. It tasted like hot water with a bit of milk and the tiniest teas**** on hot chocolate. I added two sachets of auger to improve the taste but still… it didn’t help. It was not foamy and delicious at all. I couldn’t even taste the chocolate in it. Let’s not even talk about the customer service. Anyway I don’t think I’ll be buying from there anymore. It sure was a waste of time and money.
So I purshased a J7Pro less than a year ago with MTN at the Green Stone Shopping Centre Mall and the screen of the phone started filling with ink. I took it to the store where I purshaced it and was directed to the Samsung electionic shop at The Wedge Shopping Centre, Rivonia. Mind you I had a strong phone cover as well as a screen protector and at no point did I drop my phone or handled it roughly, I took good care of it. As far as I know the phone is still under warranty, or so thought but clearly MTN doesn’t keep their promise in regards to changing the phone should one encounter problems... At the end of it all I had to pay about R2 500 for the screen repairs (they said the screen cracked) even though I tried to explain that it’s probably a fault as I’m certain nothing physical happened to it. I’m disappointed in Samsung for making customers pay for their faulty phones, MTN Greenstone for not being of much help and wouldn’t want to do business with them anymore. Save yourself the drama and wasted time.
