If i could have rated MTN ( - 10) i would have. 2 months ago, my phone gave problems and died. Phone still under warranty. It took 2 weeks just to get an invoice from customer service as this was an online purchase. The following monday i booked it in at MTN Ballito Junction, and today i went there and my phone came back unrepaired,because the invoice didnt accompany the phone when MTN Ballito sent it in for repairs. I want to know how i can cancel my contract with mtn, and stop paying these crooks. Or i want a new phone. Period
I am a very upset mother. My daughter ordered steers from steers upington cbd. They paid for it online like any other customer and requested delivery to the boarding school. The person who delivered the milkshake gave them one that was spilled (half a milkshake) and when the kids complained the lady who delivered it told them that she doesnt like their attitudes and she doesnt like delivering to them anyway, because they look at her funny and called my daughter a racist. How can an adult and professional person bully kids like that and play the race card to mantel their mistake. So now Steers is a no go for our family and friends from now on. If a fair complaint is racism then we will take our racist money elsewhere. We will spread the word that steers upington cbd delivers poor service and has no professionalism. I am very disappointed. I have a claim. Send the photos through and no one responds. I explained my situation and they keep on ignoring me. Feel like changing insurance. Seems like they are eager to take your monthly premium, but once you need them they dont respond. They are probably going to say that they cant help with the claim.... I am so over this
I have been waiting for my parcel for a very very very long time. On the tracking information it appears that the package arrived in SA on the 25th of september. I still didnt receive it. Emails ignored and no one calls. Where is my parcel.... Very disappointed and if i could rate this logistics company a minus 10 i would have
If i could post a screenshot i would but this company delivers a very poor service. I have ordered something last week already. The item was in durban already on the 31st. Im located in Amanzimtoti. So its not far from durban. On the tracking system it says that i should have received my parcel today. It never came. So i chevked online again and they changed it again to deliver only next week. This item is of big urgency and they just lack in delivering items. What are they doing.... Eating and sleeping. I will never use this couriers again.... Never again
