This gym is a ****. I am on a month to month contract, gave my one months notice to terminate and was told I need to give a 3 months notice. On a month to month contract. I’m not a lawyer but it’s really not adding up
I’m a regular at the Bon Hotel in Empangeni. I’m so disappointed at my most recent stay, where the Wi-Fi restricts Netflix and Disney plus. I sacrifice driving to RCB for work, just because I enjoy the food here. This really doesn’t make sense. Now we must carry out Wi-Fi routers to Hotels in 2024. It’s insane!
Galloway in Irene would be a great place to live but MT, does not manage the complex well. Some residents have big dogs that bark so loud in the early hours of the morning. It’s a nightmare. I’ve never seen big dogs allowed in such a small complex it’s just so inconsiderate!
The worst internet service. Cancelled my contract. Never received communication as it went on spams. Called to follow up on why I still received invoices, was told it would be sorted. I received a cancellation message a few days after I called. Now I receive emails from lawyers claiming I owe the company 5K… What the hell. We else can I report this???
Efficient services. The refund of the deposit was released in less than 24hrs
Capitec Bank does not do proper monthly updates with the credit bureaus. It's so annoying. They don't even attempt to assist after numerous emails and calls to advise them of the falls information displayed
BONITAS have no diligence in their administrative work. You constantly need to call to check on their processes to make things will go right. I have sent a claim almost 2 months now and they keep making mistakes that are costly. My admitting Dr requests cash payments so I made the payment and sent the claim to bonitas I have been struggling ever since to get my money back 😭.... They just keep making administrative mistakes that don't make sense and are costing them their reputation and the quality of their staff members.
This is the THIRD TIME I have escalated this matter. Can Wesbank issue my payed up letter for an account the was paid up for over 5 months now. I have not been assisted to this day. I will give Wesbank 36 hours to resolve this issue before I take the legal route. I honestly don’t understand why I am treated in this manner. ITS UNACCEPTABLE because if the tables were turned I would have had possessions repossessed by now. STOP ABUSING YOUR POWER AND PRIVILEGES
I have been awaiting a paid up letter from Wesbank for my vehicle finance account for over 4 months. I am being told the the account is being held up by legal fees I had disputed after an investigation you completed in 2019 and cancelled the fees. See the email correspondence from 2019 Can this matter be urgently resolved and a paid up letter to be sent through. As I need it 4months ago already! PLEASE HELP!!!
This medical insurance has proven to not care about our well-being. I had a situation where the dates I requested to going and the day of inception for my membership was 2 months apart. That a fault from my company broker. Nonetheless fast forward I have a medical emergency where I needed to go for an emergency surgery two days before my inception date. The broker contacted Discovery on my behalf to advise the medical aid of the administration issues they had to cause the delay. Fast forward discovery agrees to assist in moving inception date. I get admitted into hospital and discovery decides to turn the story around and interrogate me whilst in hospital after they had sent me an updated membership certificate with the updated details "THE NERVE" I mean why did THEY agree to assist in the first place... They went on to be so insensitive by emailing me forms to register a new born baby, when they knew very well that I just found out I had an ectopic pregnancy! It's honestly disheartening to realize that at the end of the day all they care about is MONEY and not our HEALTH or WELL-BEING.
