NTT WONDERBOOM SERVICES
NTT WONDERBOOM - previously Allen Josh Ford. STAY away. They will not supply the service that they promise. I should have followed my gut and NOT service my FORD 2 liter at NTT Wonderboom. Bought the vehicle in 2019 (in Sandton due to bad reviews and no service I received when visiting them to buy a Ranger), just before Covid. Not using the vehicle, a lot. In 2024 all her guarantees, warrantees etc expired. Just one more service was in the pipeline for 2025. I asked them to look at the wipers, break-pads, and some other issues. Obviously/hopefully, they checked all the 'what you can see' issues. Today, with her final service with them (and less than 10 000kn futher), they phone me with the following.... Break-pads must be replaced @ R4,464.00 (my first call to a different car company = R1700 (labor included). Wipers must be replaced @ R507 (Other car company = R280). My main issue = How can the wipers deteriorate in 9 months?? (Never in the sun). How can the break-pads be at 15% if it was replaced in 2024??? Well maybe it is not them, maybe the women in South Africa just do not understand how services of vehicles work!!!!!?????? SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Outsurance, worth the time to change your insurance.
Changed my insurance to Outsurance. Saving more than R1000. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. Can do my inspections on vehicles and caravan at home. A really good experience. Thanks Outsurance.

Suddnely Charging Bank charges for a pensioner
FNB, Suddenly charging bank charges for a pensioner. When I phoned them, they told me that I need to visit the bank. Meaning sit in a line for an hour or more to tell them that they are not doing their job. Need to spend money to get to the bank. This is pathetic. Do your job, then we do not have to be as irritable with you as we are with the government. You are moving in the same direction...downwards.

Clarens Pharmacy.... Or not!!
If I could give them zero, I would have. If you need soap, deodorant or cream, this might be the place to stop. (Rather try Spar, they are cheaper) No basics regarding plasters, anti septic cream, something to clean a wound will be available at this so called pharmacy. This is when you wonder how the hell did they get a permit to open a PHARMACY (something smells)

Useless, Useless and useless
Faulty stock delivered. Useless Customer Service department (if any). Do not buy anything online from any online Company (Take a lot/ Onedealaday/Onedayonly etc if the stock is being sold by above mentioned company. Save your money and save yourself from useless service....you will not be refunded or the faulty stock will not be replaced (very quick to pick it up)

Pass, do not stop!! No customer service!!!!
Scroll right pass this company. They do not take responsibility for any stock not being delivered or any stock broken/faulty etc. They use bad suppliers!!!!!!

If I could give them zero, I would. It's been more than 5 months since I've ordered by Memory bank from RedChilli Deals via Onedealaday (stay away). Had to send a video showing that it is not working (several times). Rose, confirmed on the 30th of March that they have received video etc and confirmed collection. That was done 3rd April23. Since then, as can be expected from a 'no service' company - NOTHING. No response on emails to Rose or any other consultant from Red Chilli Deals. Definitely a NO GO for this company...

ONE DEAL A DAY - STAY AWAY!!
If I could give them a zero, I would have. On 25 November 2022, I ordered 'The Ultimate 40000mah Power Bank with LED Display'. from ONE DEAL A DAY. It is not that it cost nothing...however the Power bank only charged up to 19% and then shuts down. I informed them via phone, whatsup, email (ONE DEAL A DAY and Red Chilli Deals) the same day...I only received feedback in 2023 asking for a video of the power bank not working. Everything was supplied. Needles to say, after several follow-up, etc, not even a response. STAY AWAY!!
