Bought myself a router from Rain , regardless of how many bad reviews I've received from other people, I went ahead to buy it.....The worst decision I've ever made.I recently paid on the 01.02.2025 the premium of R625 ,today being the 3rd of February 2025 I still have no connection,the support team useless ,they log a call and send a reference number that says help is on its way ,No one calls you back ,no one send you an email!!so frustrating , I've tried everything, rebooting the router, restarting it,moving from one bed room to the other there is just no connection.WARNING TO BUYERS STAY AWAY FROM RAIN101!!!!
It's been 5 months and I have not received any feedback regarding my 3rd party claim, this company is soooooo pathetic, I now need to fix my car out of my own pocket because some people are just not doing their jobs -(Netshedzo Nematshema, Jacqueline Solomons and the rest of the management at TELESURE INVESTMENT HOLDINGS).....
I had an accident on the 25 July 2023 that was caused by a client of AUTO & GENERAL - so I claimed for 3rd party - they refereed this STRAIGHTTHROUGH PROCUREMENT SOLUTIONS to assess the damages of my car via digital photos - they concluded that the damages was 21k of which apparently according to the Cooper's Law of Collision I also at fault....how ? when their client was driving on the wrong side of the road!!! - The AUTO & GENERAL insurance then concluded that they will pay me 14k to repair - I went on to get a quote then - physically and the quote amounted to 91K - The company is busy giving is dragging this case - 2 months I still don't have a car - whilst their client is driving a new golf - showing off pics on his status........DO NOT ALLOW STRAIGHTTHROUGH TO CONDUCT AN ASSESSMENT ON VEHICLE TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE - as for AUTO & GENERAL I'm deeply disappointed at your pathetic service.
I am Highly disappointed by service provided by poor service provided...I placed my order on the 12.04.2019 @ 11:17am...looking at the time now it is 12:47 and still have not received my order even worse my online tracking system estimated the food to be delivered between 11:50-12:05...and also read "order delivered" mean time my order has not arrived.this is totally unacceptable and total disrespect of people's time!!!!
