Ordered late December. The parcel only left China yesterday. Six weeks after my initial order. How long that takes or whether it arrives is still to be seen. Website states delivery within 13 business days. Very difficult to contact customer service. AVOID!
I bought a kettle from pick n pay. It broke in two weeks. Firstly when they delivered it they charged delivery fee even though it was a replacement for an out of stock special and arrived in the same van as my original order. The company that collected the broken kettle made me wait a week from their promised collection date, and only arrived after many chase ups. It has now been three months and I have had no feedback. I sent an email asking for a refund or account credit. It took a week for them to respond. They now want proof of delivery charge. Is this not on their records? They also want the following information to "protect my information" Full name and surname (as stated on the account): Cell number (old and new): SA ID/Passport number: Physical address (old and new): Email address (old and new): Name of PNP store you usually shop at: Smart shopper card number (new card only): This is ridiculous. I have a Pick n Pay account, why can they simply not credit it? 3 months to not get a R300 refund
Ordered a kettle from Pick N Pay Home last week. Logged in to my account today to see when it would be delivered as I had heard nothing from Pick N Pay yet. On their website was an invoice dated last week stating the kettle had not been provided. No email, no call. If I hadn't logged in to the actual store site I would still be sitting here waiting for my kettle. I also ordered a blanket on special that was not provided either. The blanket is available on their website for the full price today, as is the kettle. Checked my bank account and the full cost of these products I never received is still reserved on my account. So I paid, received no communication and no products. Called customer service and was told to go buy one in the store. The representative said the website had problems. I asked her if it was pointless using the website due to said problems and lack of customer support. She kept quiet. So take from that what you will

I have free minutes on contract. I bought extra minutes for the month. MTN used all my contract minutes that expire in March only. The minutes expiring tomorrow should have been used first. This is unacceptable. Unethical practices
The url for Netbank online banking was always https://netbank.nedsecure.co.za/ now that site is down and I am being directed to https://secured.nedbank.co.za/#/login I have been trying to get confirmation that this is the new address before putting in my details for 2 days! No response at all If the url was changed Nedbank should have advised clients, seems they don't even know if it has been or not. In the meantime, I am unable to pay accounts My query from March 2019 about unauthorized access to my bank account was never resolved either. Still waiting for them to get back to me on that one. Unacceptable
Was very nervous about ordering from them, but so glad I did. Placed my order Saturday for a TV. Got a call first thing Monday morning to check my TV licence details. TV arrived in the Cape Wednesday morning. Great price! Great service!
I applied for a Discovery credit card and was declined. I have spent on average R5000 a month on Discovery products since 2015. I cannot benefit from owning the card which I want for saving not spending. The biggest savings with Discovery only come with having the full range of products. They didn't even have the decency to contact me personally. They could have offered me a card with a low credit limit. I have no debt and all my bills are paid on time. If I can't afford a card why do I have weekly spam calls from Discovery trying to sell me satellite products? I see no point in paying for a handful of products when I am denied full benefits. Canceling all my products. Thank you for your personal service Discovery.
