Frustrating experience with Capitec Bank. I deposited money into a closed Tyme Bank account, and the recipient didn't receive the funds. I reported the issue promptly, but the process is moving slowly. Capitec's communication is lacking, and I'm still waiting for a resolution. Not impressed with how they're handling my case.
I bought track pants at Pick n Pay clothing and iv noticed the seam on my pants isn't right, cn you do something about this because it's very noticeable and now I'm embarrassed to wear these pants at work.
I took a taxi from mpumalanga, malahleni.. I have been In the taxi from 7..it left the taxi rank at 8am...we drove all the way, when we got to Newcastle, they stopped our driver, I don't know for what...the police over is now driving the taxi back to wherever he is driven us.. He says Newcastle, RTI,. These people don't care about us. We have been in this taxi for the past 4 hours. Now the cops are driving us bk to where we come from.. Our backs are sore, what about my plans thelat I had already made for the person to come pick me up.. If I get late to Durban and the paras take advantage of me, just know that my blood is in your hands.
Im extremely disappointed with Capitec Bank's customer service. When I reached out for assistance, I was acknowledged with a blue tick, but then the agent changed without warning, leaving me to start over. To make matters worse, the wait times were excessively long with no explanations or updates. The only response was a generic "thank you for your patience" message, which felt insincere. As a customer, I expect better. Capitec Bank needs to improve their communication and customer service.
I bought my car in 2017 and im still paying as of date..i put a deposit of 15k when i bought it..they say i will finish paying it off it 2028... What a *******
Oh my gosh this bank...imagine not being able to gt money because they are offline...for hours..i regret it....im definately moving to my old bank..
Yooooh.. The service is really terrible at vigour and verve golden horse... U walk in, all covid protocols observed, they sit u down, a waiter comes to you after 30 mins, none of them even the management staff comes to check on the customers if they need anything.. Like water... Their service is totally terrible.. Horrible staff members too.. Not worried about customers.. What a shame

I have been waiting for my order from 15:30 they dont update you about your order whatsoever... They literally don't care about their customers.. It ridiculous.
Please dont ever buy beds at Lewis, their beds are not at all in good shape, well i bought the bed and experienced problems with it, i went straight to them and told them about the bed, i even took pictures of the bed, but up until today they have done nothing to rectify this problem, i am paying for a bed that is nowhere near comfortable. The bed was bought February 2020 and now it's april 2021,but the bed looks like it was purchased in 1995
