I am beyond annoyed and irritable. I received an email a week ago stating that the Keyshia Cole concert was postponed and had the option to request a refund which I did, within 30 minutes of receiving that email. It's been a week later and still no response. I tried to start a chat and waited for 18 minutes for someone to join the chat but no one did. I sent 7 follow up emails, provided the reference number, proof of purchase (email) and a bank statement and still no response. What MORE am I supposed to do, in order to receive my money that is owed to me??? I've been seeing so many negative reviews on Instagram regarding Ticket Pro with refunds and it actually makes me wonder if I'll ever get my money back or if I need to take next steps. They were quick to take everyone's money but now we have to fight for what is owed to us. This is the worst service that I ever experienced and I've been working in customer service for well over 15 years. The reviews on Hello Peter leaves an ugly taste in my mouth because everyone seems to have the same issue. Ref: 240753B1EF
Worst service by far! I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years and pay my bills on time. They were charging me for almost 2 years for a contract that had expired, I was promised a callback and 3 weeks later, no call. Today I called and spoke to 5 agents under 1 hour. I had to explain myself 5 times and verify 5 times. The 5th agent told me that she would call back as she had to switch desks, that was at 16:38, it's now 17:06 and still no call back. I tried calling back and low and behold, their call center closes at 5. I am beyond livid because I wasted so much of my time for such pathetic service. Seems that this always happens when money is owed to you, same issue happened 4 years ago but now I've just lost all faith for this company.
I have honestly experienced the worst service ever, never in my life did I imagine that I'd go through something like this. I always heard about photographer's disappointing clients but I never imagined that to would happen to me. Everything was all fun and games until my wedding was over, that's when the trouble started. I got married on 23rd June 2019, on 8th July I received a WhatsApp where she stated that my package would be ready around the first week of August. On 5th August I followed up with her to ask when I would be receiving my package which I was then informed that she had sent my photo album off to the printers on 2 August and that it would take 8 working days. On 19th August I messaged to ask when my photos would be ready and she said that it was done and that she was just waiting on my photos from the printers. On 27 August I messaged again to ask when I was getting my photos and she said that she was actually going to message me to ask for my address to drop the items off as she was only going to get the album on 2 September. On 29 August I asked if my package would be delivered by courier as planned and she responded on 30th August to say something had come up on the 28th where she couldnt courier it. On 2 september I asked when my things would be ready and she said that she was going to the printers to find out if all her books were ready. See how I had to do all the following up? Have all the proof to prove this. 5 September I messaged to ask if I was getting everything in that same week and she said that she would come to me the following day. She was suppose to drop it that morning at my work and I only received it at 8pm that evening after following up with her the entire day to find out where she was. That evening she came to me, gave my photobox that included my photos and USB BUT then she informed me that my photo album was lost as the printer had given it to someone else and she had someone else's album, she made a joke of it like it was nothing. I looked through my USB and saw that my main album that had my location photos was empty, I then had to download everything from the link she gave it and redownload it and put it in the folder. 16 Sepetmber I asked if there's any update on my album and she said that she was waiting on it from the printers as it took 6 business days and she asked them to hurry. 27 September I messaged to ask where it was and no reply, 28 September I messaged again and she told me that she was shooting and would pop around on the 1st October. I messaged her on 2nd October to ask for an update and she replied saying that she had 2 clients give birth and that she would come on the 4th October. I messaged her a few times on the 4th and no reply. My mom messaged her on the 5th and no reply. By this time I had it and she had an excuse each and every time and I was always the one to follow up which was so unprofessional. I started venting on WhatsApp and then one of my friend's decided to message her and informed her that we would give her bad publicity. Immediately she responded and came up with another excuse that her phone was broken and that she didnt have access to instagram or my number. She surely had access to her emails if she had access to Facebook. After exposing her on Instagram, people started responding to me stating that I should take her to the small claims court, she was even threatened by people that I did not know but by that evening she miraculously had access to instagram as well, again lies and excuses. She then stated that she would deliver my package by 7th September or 8th September by the latest. By 8th September my mom messaged her as I was so peeved off that I didnt want to deal with her any longer. She replied to my mom stating that she spoke with her lawyers and business partner (She never mentioned that she has 1, how even if her business wasn't even that well known) and that she was sending it with Aramex as she had received "several" threatening messages, I am yet to see the proof of these several messages. Anyways I only received my package on 10th October and I was disappointed. The quality was so bad and the photos with my guests, family and inlaws were all put on 2 pages and were so small that you basically need a magnifying to see it. I've even decided to have my own album made as she's disappointed me with her average and poor quality on the album. I'd never recommend anyone to use this photographer and I've even kept all proof to show people how bad my experience was.
I am utterly disgusted in this company!! Their drivers are the worst but tonight I received the worst service ever. So I decided to order spur and left clear instructions (I've had food delivered to my address a few times, not sure how some drivers get lost and how some easily find my address), anyway tonight this driver got lost and kept screaming at me on the phone. Every time I would phone then he would scream and hung up. I stood outside in the ROAD in this COLD weather waiting for him. I clearly told him that he was on the wrong side of the road that I live in and he kept saying I gave the wrong instructions. Not sure how because I've had orders delivered here multiple times. Anyway I eventually got frustrated because it was extremely cold so I asked him where he was as I was going to drive to him and then he hung up again. My husband then came the shop and I gave the phone to my husband and told him to phone the driver. He did that and the driver kept screaming and hung up. We sat in the parking and eventually heard the s****** hooting loud in the road like a maniac. I then asked my husband to fetch the food as I didnt want to lose my cool as I'm pregnant and losing my cool was not good for the baby. My husband then fetched the food and the driver screamed SO loud at him and eventually gave the food. I then asked my husband why he never stopped the guy and he said it was because he never wanted to cause a scene. Mr delivery service is so pathetic because all you get is a damn automated response with no remorse shown. I am disgusted and I'll literally be telling everyone I know about this pathetic and disgusting service delivered by the driver and the company. As I sent feedback about the service, i received another automated email from an agent with a R20 coupon code, like what even!!
Prime Time literally has the worst customer service ever. DO NOT take your watch to their store to be repaired & DO NOT buy a watch from their store. I bought my fiancè an Armani watch and I regret it. I'd rather buy at American Swiss as I've bought multiple watches at their store and had NO issues. I decided to try out Prime Time and NEVER AGAIN, I repeat NEVER AGAIN. This staff needs to be trained on soft s****s & they need to learn their products as well as how to be upfront with customer's. They should learn how to treat customer's with respect & not make them feel like liars. The manager should learn that arguing with a customer does not always lead to good resolutions. This store has left a bad taste in my mouth and I'd never support this business again.
I am honestly so disgusted in the service at this store that I'd NEVER recommend ANYONE to buy a watch at this store. I bought my fiancè a watch and the crown broke after 5 months. I took the watch back about a month and a half later but NO ONE informed me that I would have to pay a total of R399 as the crown fell out of the warranty service. I went on the 23rd of February to the store and received my watch on the 17 April. I went thrice to the store inbetween this time & STILL, no one mentioned a fee. I was there on 14th April and I was told that i wouldn't have to pay anything as it was under warranty. Today my mom fetched the watch for me as I was upgrading my phone and she came to extremely upset (my mom is the most chilled out person so she doesn't get upset easily). I asked her what was wrong and she informed me how the MANAGER argued with her and told her that "He is very sure that his 2 assistants informed her of the fee". TOTAL BS! I was present on ALL occasions where not ONCE was a fee mentioned. The fee is nothing but it's the damn ETIQUETTE. It's misleading! This is not the first time that this has happened. The first time my mom took her Michelle Herblin watch to Prime Time, the manager phoned her and told her about a fee, she told him that she would return the watch as no one informed her about a fee. This time we actually thought that we were clever and asked 3 times about a fee and was informed that there was no fee, how stupid were we ha! The manager refused to give the watch until we paid. Robbery in broad daylight! This store will NEVER see my face again. I will tell everyone i know never to buy anything again as the staff clearly doesn't know what they are doing. Never knew this is how certain companies do business, lie to you and then make you pay by changing their story. Utter BS!
