I have been waiting for a bus for 7 hours. I am freezing and with a child and have been **** to all night about the ETA!!!! Where is our bus????
On Sunday I ordered food and the delivery guy was not at the correct entry. I texted back and forth with no luck. I asked him to call me or send his number so I can direct him properly. He kept saying he does not have airtime. Eventually I received an email stating that KFC hopes I enjoyed my meal. I called to complain and was told I would have to wait for up to 14 days for a refund. I asked to speak to a manager and was placed on hold till the line dropped out. I tweeted about my complaint and basically have KFC in my inbox making false promises about someone calling me to resolve this. It’s Thursday evening, the order was made on Sunday. No refund, no food, no phone call and no ACCOUNTABILITY!
This is the 5th time I’m experiencing such horrifuc service. The first time I was reimbursed my delivery fre because of delays. The following times were just a waist of resources! The call centre agents are just there to listen and apologise. No mandate to do ANYTHING!!! How can I waist my airtime calling only to be told there’s nothinv they can do. From the app malfunctioning to mt order taking hours to arrive. Absolutely useless and quite a shame too because the concept is amazing, the delivery???? I rate you ZERO!
Despite all attempts to get assistance on an order made over a month ago, my sister STILL does not have a couch. This order was made on the 20th of May and she was promised that it would be prioritized as she paid in full. I will not even dwell on the constant change of dates for delivery. Where we are at right now is a struggle with communication -Saturday I called the sales lady who advised that her boss is aware of the situation and they are doing everything in their power to resolve -She provided me a number to text and follow up with -Monday I texted and got no where as they asked for an Invoice number then gave NO FEEDBACK -Tuesday I had to call and was told by the boss that this only came to their attention the DAY BEFORE -This was very disturbing because this meant no one was acting on these concerns -Yesterday I requested that we have those couches this week and I asked for images -Today I waited for images and to this moment, I have received NOTHING I not exhausted my options when it comes to Escalating this matter. I assure you that I will bring this to everyone's attention on every platform I have access to. I'm beyond disappointed! WOW
What a stressful and disgusting experience it has been! The sales guy wrote down the incorrect debit date and they have collected money from my account more than 5 times within the space of 2 months. When I enquired they said they would reimburse me and get head office to contact me within 72 hours. No one made contact and when I called in, the lady dropped the phone on me. I eventually went to reverse the money from my bank, only to get texts threatening me with legal action. What a joke!
