I'm the happiest customer from the service and quality I received, I would highly recommend them ohh not forgetting the friendly stuff who delivered too I felt like I was the only customer they had..... I can't wait to get my next item from the couch man I'm on their website already :):):)

I made a deposit and they are so quick to take money and not even do an invoice and now i asking for my refund with all proof of payment and my calls are ignored. he is playing with the wrong girl, trust me he will regret having the business.

Despite all attempts to get assistance on an order made over a month ago, my sister STILL does not have a couch. This order was made on the 20th of May and she was promised that it would be prioritized as she paid in full. I will not even dwell on the constant change of dates for delivery. Where we are at right now is a struggle with communication -Saturday I called the sales lady who advised that her boss is aware of the situation and they are doing everything in their power to resolve -She provided me a number to text and follow up with -Monday I texted and got no where as they asked for an Invoice number then gave NO FEEDBACK -Tuesday I had to call and was told by the boss that this only came to their attention the DAY BEFORE -This was very disturbing because this meant no one was acting on these concerns -Yesterday I requested that we have those couches this week and I asked for images -Today I waited for images and to this moment, I have received NOTHING I not exhausted my options when it comes to Escalating this matter. I assure you that I will bring this to everyone's attention on every platform I have access to. I'm beyond disappointed! WOW

I will never ever do business with this excuse of a business. I made full payment immediately on the 20th of May and was promised the moon and the stars. Delivery date kept on changing without any valid reasons. The date is the 20th of June now and I still do not have a couch. I regret buying from them with everything in me. The manager and everyone is so nonchalant and inconsiderate. They want to deliver on the 26th of June and I am certain, even that day will be moved out further

Waiting for my refund, the delivery is taking too long. Called the owner Chris he avoids my calls. Poor service and also based on previous purchases this place sells junk. He has not paid me yet.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from them. I paid a 50% deposit for an order. Cancelled the order - they charged a 20% cancellation fee on the deposit to which I just agreed to get my money back. They said 15 business days for the refund to be done from cancellation. I spoke with Chris the owner in which he promised a refund by no later than 13/10/2022. I have called and sent msgs with no response. I requested a full refund now for the 50% deposit as it does not stipulate a 20% cancellation fee on any document or invoice. I call this skelm.

I am very happy , I received my couch even before the anticipated date , Patience was so kind & lovely always communicating , I was very skeptical but the reviews gave me hope , my couch is so beautiful & good quality am so happy , good quality too🥳
