The guys came out to do an onsite fix on a dishwasher but could not fix the problem. They took the machine away and said they would do it over the weekend but never got back to us on the Monday. This was 3 months ago in April and still no news. At this point it is theft.
Thank you to Reinhardt and his team for repairing my laptop. I was not aware that the repair wasn't initially covered by the warranty. Also thank you for the additional information shared on the repair.
My laptop was sent to them for a repair, three weeks later I got it back with a flat battery. I took it home to charge and do the updates only to find out my camera wasn't working. So I returned it the next day on Sunday to have it fixed again. I phoned on Friday, 5 days later and was told I must wait at least two weeks.
What an absolute disgrace. I bought a laptop 8 months ago and had to take in for repairs on the 4th of May 2024. Three weeks later after phoning them several times I went to collect on Saturday the 25th of May 2024. The laptop had no power so I took it home to power it up and to do all the updates that were pending. I noticed that the camera wasn't working so returned the laptop for repairs on Sunday the 26th of May to rebook it in under the same job number as the first repair wasn't done properly. Today 31st of May I contacted them to find out if it has been fixed and was told I must wait at least two weeks for my repair! So 5 to 6 weeks for a repair??? The staff **** to me the first time saying that they tried to contact me, no missed calls on my phone, no text message nor whatsapp, no email, guess they must have been dreaming on the job.
Poor workmanship, things are likely to go missing after the technicians have left your premises. Get yourself a more reputable supplier.
