Most useless bunch of staff. ****** my money for years and when one have problem, their useless staff unable to reply to emails Can a senior person please phone me asap
I would like to know where the FNB SCC ATM is located, as no information available on the internet, or any other search??? My SASSA card was cloned on 8 May 2019 and money withdrawn at this ATM on the same day?? I however noticed from another post in 2013. Another person's money was also withdrawn, at this same unknown ATM??? It seem to be insider scam, on going for many years???
<p>On 17 March 2017 I transfered an amount for my son living far from me. (done this many times before)</p> <p>When he was busy on the express ATM to draw the funds. The machine reboot and he got no money. The transaction however did show on his phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>The next day he visited a branch and lodge a complaint. Ref # ********** and was told it will take up to 14 days to be resolved???</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I phoned the call centre at ********** 600 and an incompetant staff member informed me that he will have to wait untill Saturday and visit the branch again. He is working daily and its not easy to vist any branch???</p> <p> </p> <p>I find this extremely unaceptable, for the period it took to resolve this matter. I can only wonder if the ABSA staff ever had to go to sleep hungry and go do ficical work the next day, with not beeing able to eet anything for 2 days???</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not able to post any comment on ABSA face book page or send mesages there, because of the truth I exposed about their excellant, useless service before.</p>

Ref # FI ********** I am still trying to find my small amount (pension funds) that were incorrectly paid, to my closed Nedbank account in Sept 2016 and not automatically returned to sender?????</p> <p>After my last post, your personal at Mitchell str branched, phoned me, but was not able/willing to assist???</p> <p>Why on earth should any person battle to find his own money, paid into a closed account????</p>
<p>After a problem free, 3 years customer, I also now have to sadly report disappointment, about the call centre staff and the disappearing Data???</p> <p>I moved from the useless, incompetent & dishonest MTN to your company, about 3 years ago, because of the very same situation???</p> <p>How is it possible for DATA to disappear????</p> <p>My contract is for 2G</p> <p>As I use not every month all of it, almost 1G is every month transferred to the next month.</p> <p>On 25th this Oct I notice my modem not working and then noticed that I was out of DATA.</p> <p>Call the call centre at 14h55. Consultant one and two not able to assist at all. At 15h45 end call with # 3 consultant . He informed me that I used up all my data by 11h00, that morning and at payment of R20, he can send/mail me a detailed statement.<br />Call ref # 1/GLYBFM/4</p> <p>After receiving the mail, with detail statement, I noticed at the bottom, the following "total usage 1,831.37GB" Now I am not an IT specialist/fundi, but that tell me it’s less than 2G????</p> <p>On my modem it gives the total Data usage for the period since I got the modem, as 32GB. Now if I had it for say 30 months. It's way less than 2GB per month???</p> <p>I don't ever use it for steaming, downloading movies, or any huge files???</p> <p>Now if the previous month some Data were transferred, like the previous 3 x years. I should have started with more than 2G ????<br />I also notice the following on the statement: being charged out of bundle on 11 Oct 0.06 & on 16 Oct 3.09 & 24 Oct 0.08 ?????</p> <p>Surely there must be something wrong, if so many people complaining, about disappearing DATA????</p> <p>On another point. Why on earth do your company and the useless MTN send your detail data usage statements in "bites" instead of more clearly usage info every person can understand???</p> <p>I am also with iBurst since 2008 and they may have a very slow service, they send everyday a mail with detail Data usage. Then one can see every day, what you used the previous day??? By the way and they do it for free, as part of their service????</p>
I phoned the person in control of complaints and were shocked at his attitude. A certain Peter<br> <br> He informed me, that they are to large a business, to care about any customer complaints.<br> <br> This I supposed are such a healthy business, that they can afford, to sell rotten products and not be interested about any feedback.<br> <br> I suppose this is the norm lately in South Africa???<br> <br> May be the health department should pay them a surprise visit. Sorry I forgot these departments are not very affective, in this country any longer??
How is it possible that Edgars can claim a person owe them money, on any account. <br> <br> They have not send the person, any monthly statement, for almost five years????<br> <br> Now they want to hand such person over to a collection firm.
