So disappointed!!! Rude, unprofessional and unethical! Declin Gorge, was so unprofessional and really upset me! He does not know who he reports to and cannot give me a reference number for the call and he also called “Jesus Christ” on the phone with me! I’m not impressed!! The lady that assisted me prior to him was so patient and kind and super honest and provided me with a reference number for the call in one second!
I bought a bottle of Hennessy from Tops Jean Avenue on 27.09.2019 for my brothers birthday he saved it and waited to opened it for an occasion- he opened it on 24.12.2019 and the alcohol is off! It smells terrible and tastes disgusting. We took it back to Tops Jean Avenue and they said they want to investigate - I’m not sure exactly what they want to investigate. I believe this was old stock or spoiled stock and we always buy Hennessy. Extremely disappointed. I also have my bank statement that shows the day I bought it. We took the bottle back to Tops at Jean Avenue and still waiting a response

I purchased a Huawei Mate 20 Pro online on March 18th solely for the watch promo. I took the contract with Telkom and received the phone on March 27th. I processed the claim the same day and got conformation emails from Huawei. In the interim i have made numerous calls and online contact with Huawei with regards to receiving my watch. I have got no proper answer or help. I have provided them with all the details and information required and it seems like a blind mans game which is absolutely unacceptable! This is my money as i ONLY purchased the phone due to the watch promo. I think the service is extremely poor! Why should i keep trying to get an answer from you guys? It's terrible service and a customer satisfaction of ZERO! I've been very polite and patient but that is slowly running out. can someone please tell me when i'm getting my watch and what is happening???
I've never dealt with such a company that provides such terrible, unprofessional service with agents that have no interest in their clients. i processed a claim on the 3rd of March 2019. 48 hours later a list of services providers were sent to me. The very next day i got the quotes done and sent them to the unlimited. i had to make numerous amount of phone calls and send multiple emails with regards to an update on what was happening with my claim. After being very unhappy and abrupt client only did they sort it out. it's more than a month later and my vehicle is only being fixed next week(29th April) with their service provider. i requested a few days ago that my policy be cancelled. after calling and asking an agent to call me back, giving her all of my details, she abruptly said she could not as she was busy. what is more important that client satisfaction?? i immediately asked her to have her team manager or manager call me as they shouldn't be as busy as her. i am yet to receive a response to call from all the emails, calls and online requests. All i want is my policy cancelled and a refund for this month!!
