After my fibre service was activated, a debit went through on my account for the delivery of a Router which I have not received. STILL NO RESPONSE after 7 days of logging support tickets - which they are very quick to close without offering any response whatsoever. Be extremely wary of this 3rd class "ISP", as they operate unethically & their Customer Service is non existent. Quite pathetic & unprofessional service from Webafrica.
Please explain why my monthly "contract" fees are to be increased, as it appears this is not a contact in the true sense? As I cannot afford unexpected "contract" price increases which you feel you can pass on DURING A "CONTRACT" TERM, does that mean that I can pay only what I can afford, as & when it suits me, or SHOULD I pay for the "contract" which was ORIGINALLY agreed to? UNETHICAL practices.
Vumatel have to be the absolute worst to deal with. Their Customer service is non-existent & their service is extremely unprofessional. They simply do not pitch for confirmed installation appointments & thereafter do not even respond to the reason why. If this is their starting point, I would not wish to entertain nor experience any further relationship with them. They most certainly make the competition look like absolute professionals.
