HI Marara Pharmacy , after a year of dealing with incompetence , i really had the best experience today and yesterday with the staff that helped me , and i need to give credit on these agents 1. Devante from the customer care department , he is an absolute asset to your company and must be made manager of the Customer service department , we need more agents like Devante! 2. Lize Binsbergen from the Clinical department went the extra mile for us and assisted us more than any other person ever did, i thank you Lize, you are send from heaven and hope that Marara values you as an employee because they have gold in you 3. Faith from the finance department , she has always been helpful on this profile and has always been patient with us , you deserve a huge raise. i really hope that these 3 agents is getting recognition, as these agents is the only calm i received in this storm called Marara Regarsd
We have been battling to to get chronic medication since we were forced by Bonitas to make use of this pharmacy, the customer care department is not customer friendly and a horrific experience if you have to deal with them , then the pharmacy is no better , the lady by the name of Mavis should not be trusted with medicine , i would not even let her make tea , she is definitely a big embarrassment for this company , then i got to speak to Khotso, also not returning calls or mails , been begging for medication for the last two weeks , and still nothing , therefore we are out of live saving medicine now and no one is responding , Marara thinks we owe them and service is not needed, i have no choice but to report this bad service to the medical aid( i have escalated twice to them and no feedback received) and the medical board as we know for them it is just money, but for us it is our lives, i have requested to speak to a manager at Marara for over a month with no calls made to me , i have spend over 3 hours this past week to get medicine and no feedback

So Today was the first time using this service plan that was sold to me, there was a slight hick up with the activation of the service plan and a bit of frustration , the handler that first assisted me had no interest in assisting and i got the idea that i was just wasting his time , i then requested to speak to a manager , i then had the pleasure of speaking to Phale. he really took the time to understand the frustration , i was not happy at all and even rude to this agent at one time, he still went the extra mile and phoned me back to make arrangements and what steps to take next , Phale , i take my hat off to you , as much as i was frustrated you salvage the situation and ensured resolution to the problem. I would aloes like to apologize for the angry words, you are a champ and hope that this business appreciate all your efforts to keep clients happy. to the first gentleman i spoke to please go take lessons from Phale! If i could give a 0 Star i would MFC has added insurance on my finance even though i have insurance on my vehicle as it has been a requirement for me to take delivery , also i have provided this to them 8 times and yet no one bothers to come back to us Attached is the insurance confirmation as requested. I do not understand how you can just add an insurance policy to my account if I have previously provided the proof. Secondly, I have not approved your debit check so how can you just proceed to take the extra insurance money if this is not appliable to me. I will appreciate if in future you make sure of your facts before adding anything, I did not provide consent to. This is unprofessional. I will expect you credit the account as soon as possible as this is not what I signed for. PS I was instructed to provide insurance before the vehicle left the building. When you do you audit again make sure of your facts!
App**** for a loan on Tuesday morning, today is Saturday and still no feedback. I phoned them almost 4 times a day with the same feedback?
Our bus went in for repairs on Saturday , to date, no contact has been made that the battery has been disconnected , with this being said , we have a high risk vehicle and no confidence that you will be able to assist in a emergency situation? I'm not sure if this unit is working as we have pressed panic before and you made contact but that is about that , we feel that the service we are paying for is not delivered
We have a Tracker fitted in my Mothers vehicle due to safety reasons and for the fact that she travels with kids due to her business , we have tested the panic button this morning after an incident in our town where a person were hijacked and ******ed in this week in the same area my mother travels , someone from tracker contacted my mother one minute after the panic button was pressed , but dropped the line not knowing if she is ok and safe , till now no call were made again , there were also no calls made to any of her emergency contacts on her profile , so my question is what is going to be done to the agent that did not call back and why should we keep our business with you if you cant protect as promised? further to this , this could have been my mother that has been ******ed and you would not care less? urgent response is needed
i have sold my vehicle in December 2022 , i have subsequently cancelled my month to month contract and was advised that there is no further cost to me, on 20 December , a premium has been collected , i called in and advised that there was a premium collected , they have advised that it will be refunded , we are now in March and no funds have been refunded , i was waiting for my refund before i add the new vehicle , i will therefore not put in another Tracker product in my car and will rather go to another provider
The service provided is not good at all, after installation , two days later they advised that they will remove their equipment because we complaint that the installation was not done properly , the sales rep advised that we are not the only clients so we must just deal with it , the CEO way of doing business is also not desirable , hence the staff speak to you as if they are doing you a favor keep away from this business , there is a lot of security companies that actually wants to protect us!
