I want this unauthorized debit order cancelled and refunded my money. I have not agreed to these payments.
<div>I signed up with LADebt, They debited my account. they sent a cancelation letter for my previous debt counselor with an incorrect email address and never did a follow up. Now I had two debit orders go off and I am struggling no one is answering my calls.</div>
I have recently started a debt review process with MSD Consulting. After my calls confirming all my debit orders were canceled they agreed and that was not done. They promised to get me a refund but they never call back for feedback and provide inaccurate information. They are not living up to their promise and I have been the only one contacting them for feedback. My creditor has been requesting information from them and they send incorrect information and my refund will not be paid. Stay away.
They made me pay for my account via them not to Telkom. Them when I call them for reconnection they say they don't deal with billing. It's the second time I am having a poor service from this company. Their things are not in order.
I took out a contract with Mondo for a data deal plus the router. I was told I'd be paying R135 for the contract with Telkom. But the amount I am paying is R152 and Telkom says Mondo added services I am not even receiving and am not getting help with this
Great customer service from Thabile(Call Centre Consultant). Took her time to listen and explain. I am happy with how she handled the entire call.
I bought a data deal with a router which was promised to be delivered in a week, I received the device after two weeks. They said it will be activated within 24-48 hours. I have emailed them complaining about their service. I have not received solid feedback. I am stuck with a router that is not working. I am really disappointed with their service.
Worse tracking service, they don't call or pickup their phones. Refund process takes forever.
They are slow when it comes to refunding money and their call center agents give you different information. I've called them plenty of times without help
