I am extremely disappointed with the level of service received from Telkom. I app**** for a contract upgrade and was informed on 2 May 2025 that the application had been confirmed and was being processed. I was told the device would be delivered within 5 to 7 working days, yet to date, I have not received any delivery or any form of communication or update from Telkom. I have tried following up multiple times and have been sent from pillar to post by various customer care agents, none of whom are able to give me clear answers or assistance. It’s frustrating and completely unacceptable for a service provider of Telkom’s size to treat customers this way. Tracking reference number: 2526251782A Please resolve this matter urgently or provide a full explanation and update on the status of my device.
I ordered shoes and they were delivered. I had to return them due to size being too big . I was blue ticked on WhatsApp when I raised this issue . I sent the shoes and they never sent them back , I didn't receive my shoes back at all not even my refund, my email and WhatsApp were ignored. ****** ****mers we work so hard for our monies. Another red flag: they don't have any physical store where one can go for face to face issues. I don't recommend them at all.
<div>I ordered artificial roses on the 11th June 2023 around month end of June (which was now 3 weeks later ), I had still NOT received my order and no communication whatsoever from Craftivating. I had to send several emails to inquire about my order, only to be responded by automated emails claiming to have "generated my ticket " . Until, I was fed up and called them on the 26 June 2023 - after I've tried calling previous days with no luck. They finally attended my call on the 26th June and a rude man on the other line by the name of ***** showed zero care , zero remorse and zero customer service!! He was so arrogant and rude and he **** that I should give them a week my order will be delivered. A week later my order was not delivered and no communication from Craftivating nor the rude ***** , I had to call and ask for refund before I take legal action. I don't recommend Craftivating, you'll NEVER receive your order and they don't communicate well with customers.</div>
I went to Telkom, Mall of Africa branch on the 1st of April 2022, for a phone upgrade to a Samsung A34 + smart watch deal I was assisted by Neo Maluleka. He firstly, overcharged the deal - had I not picked it up I would've been paying the amount I didn't agree nor know of. Secondly, he misspelled my name and claimed he can't fix it when I pointed it out to him - during this whole one on one interaction with him he complained of being hung over, I guess that's why all the errors and bad service I received, he didn't even explain the whole deal or contractual matters. Thirdly, he called me on Thursday, 13 April 2023 to collect the phone I told him I was not around - he was hesitant and rudely told me the phone will then be brought back to the warehouse. I later went to the shop and he was not there and I was assisted by Precious Shai, only to learn that customers are given 48 hours to collect the phone which Neo never disclosed to me. When I got to the branch, I learned that my phone was not even there nor in the order list and I ordered a green phone - only to be told there's only a black phone available. Why did Neo Maluleka lie and claim my phone was in store? A waste of my time going there - only to be attended after an hour for nothing and a waste of my Petrol. Precious Shai didn't help either as she gave me the wrong watch that doesn't go with the deal. I walked out of the store because I felt I had been too patient and I was not helped in the end.
Rubbish insurance. They are a scam!! I was bumped into this year February 2022 and the useless consultants from PMD told me they will not guarantee my excess being reimbursed if they claim from the rubbish man that bumped me. I ended up not using their service and found an outside panelbeater to fix my car. The second incident was today 3 September 2022, I locked my car keys inside my car and I contacted PMD, again their rubbish attitude stinky consultant was rude on the phone. Instead of calling road assistance to help me she told me about having to quote for new car keys. Which I turned down, what's the point of having a comprehensive cover whereas they fail to render services in times of need?? I used an outside company AGAIN, to help unlock my car. I am definitely changing to a better insurance company.
I would like to express my gratitude for the service I received at Suzuki Pomona in Kempton Park (SM FITMENT CENTRE). Lovely and friendly Xanthi is the best, very patient and has good communication skills with customers. And, today I was helped by Francois after I locked my car keys in the car. He left his work and came to my house to help open the car. Thank you, thank you and THANK YOU!! Let it not stop with me and may the management note how precious is Xanthi and Francois are to the company. I'm definitely coming back for my next car services.
I had to physically get my parcel from Buffalo International Logistics depot in Kempton Park!!! Very useless company their service is bad, nobody phones to deliver but claim that they contacted the client with no success, LIARS!! I don't recommend this company at all!! They don't live up to their company name "fast way courier" I'm not happy at all. I had back and forth calls with the useless customer admins from fast way courier but my parcel was never delivered I fetched the parcel myself since they returned it to Buffalo depot.

The bus was supposed to depart at 7:10 but decided to pitch an hour later at 20:30. I called the 24hr customer service and it was never answered my call was on hold. What a waste!! The it gets worse as the bus pitched, the drivers were VERY RUDE had a smell of alcohol even. They couldn't careless that I had to wait at night and I'm a woman. In the midst of this whole tragedy I experienced anxiety. I DONT recommend Eldo coaches AT ALL!!!
I'm a new car owner and a new insurance user, there was some information I misunderstood due to lack of knowledge but I'd like to compliment Xanda-Lee Pretoruis for being so patient with me, very considerate of the client's needs, has good communication skills and very ethical. I take my hat off for Xanda-Lee Pretoruis, let it not stop with me; continue helping other clients the way you did with me. May God bless you abundantly in your line of work. You're the best! King price has gained an Angel in you. Thank you for the good service. I'm a happy client and because of Xanda-Lee I'm happy to be insured by King price.
