Poor service they can’t give me my parcel as I’m asking to get the parcel collected or to advise on time to deliver People never use dhl This is my third dissatisfaction through dhl

I went to DHL Spartan and alina and the team where rude, unhelpful and they didn’t want to hear a bit of my situation
I went to DHL Spartan and alina and the team where rude, unhelpful and they didn’t want to hear a bit of my situation. I asked them that I should to speak to managers but they couldn’t allow and all they could suggest was to get my parcel stopped and re delivered back to Ndola. I have used DHL for more than 5 years and everytime I got to Spartan DHL they give us the most shiitiiest service ever. The team for Alina that worked on the 29th of Septemeber rather get them fired as they don’t have a customer service at heart. !!!!

Best Movers Ever
It was nice. The guys were very careful and patient. The truck is good and the driver was good. All my stuff was delivered intact with no scratches or dent. I really appreciate

FNB poor service
Fnb bank they gave me a reference number for someone to call me because of their pathetic service no one did. After complaining for more than 6 times no communication from FNB I’m very disappointed with this.. FNB consider accounts to be closed Monday So unprofessional of you

Very poor service
I’m so disappointed with FNB service. After using Nedbank for 5 years I was convinced by my mates to change to FNB but it’s so shocking that I have received a terrible service after just a month of opening accounts with them. Constantly I’m receiving text saying That I’m blocked for international transactions so I should visit the branch. Went to the nearest branch and they told to phone online secure. Online secure said it’s not their tissue it’s blocked by fraud department, then phoned fraud department then they said it’s actually forex department, forex department they said it’s actually a division in forex department and they can only assist when they can..I spend 3 hours at northgate Branch up until the service assistant said there is no help that you can get, try again some other time..So I should go to another branch and get to call the same people who haven’t been picking up their calls because apparently it’s very busy and i can not be assisted anywhere else only through the calls.. Yes that’s fine, when we lose business cas we can’t pay our transactions on time?? Is this how FNB works or I should get my mates and all people in circus to go back to Nedbank. What a pathetic service

Roots Cosmo City selling rotten meat
After buying a lot of meat in this butchery at Roots Cosmo City, we realized that some meat that was in their fridges was greenly rotten. I asked the guys to take the meat of the shelf as it would have reached its life span but they all ignored and shoved the meat pallets under the newly packed ones. People please be careful when buying meat, chickens sausages from Roots Cosmo City branch ?
