Terrible experience, I placed my order online, they took my money and did not update me on delivery, a week later, I contacted one of their agents who told me my order was canceled, while I did not cancel my order. I called the call centre and was told one of the items I bought was unavailable and they could not ship the rest of of order without me paying extra for delivery and my order would still take another week to arrive. Worse they did not even bother with my order being delayed and I had to contact multiple people from their side to find out what was happening. I am entertainment guests this weekend in my new apartment and because of Deco furniture my place will be incomplete by the time my guests arrive.
INDLU PROPERTIES ARE ****MERS, you will never get your deposit back and will end up getting black listed for more money they will try and **** you of. I stayed with them for only 1 year 5 months staying alone in a bachelor pad. when I informed them I was moving out, I was not only told I would not get my deposit of R3600 but I in turn owe them R3200 for repairs of things I left in the same condition I found them in. I never broke anything and I only stayed there for a year and 5 months, if you do not want a property that will **** you, you will stay away from these guys.
I was very excited to buy my new first car but my experience turned into a nightmare, am really heart broken 1st situation I signed up for the free 1 year insurance with renault and there were no details on the contract about the insurance terms and conditions and I then again signed up for insurance excess waiver which will be costing me R190 per month. I had an accident on the 2nd of April 2019 and claimed, the insurance shocked me by sending me an email of documents with the terms and conditions of the insurance on the 11th of April 2019 and stating that I would be charged excess of up to R26000 and that the insurance waiver that I signed up for had a 30 days waiting period. I truly feel tricked as I signed up for all these extra things with the insurance to make sure I was fully covered but they kept quite and made me feel comfortable only for them to slap me with the terms and conditions after I had placed my claim. I was with my boyfriend when I went to purchase my car n he can also attest that I did not sign for the terms and conditions that are now disclosed n the lady that sold me the insurance was also shocked when I told her about the terms n conditions n yet they say I signed for them. 2nd situation I was told over the phone that my interest rate would be 10.55% for car finance and when I arrived everything was good and I signed a contract that said I would be charged 10.55%. After about 20 min after I left the dealership I was told to turn back and that the financing contract had a slight error and that I needed to come back and sign the amended contract. When I returned to the dealership I asked what error was made and the lady that was helping me in the finance department said she didn't know but assured me that everything was still the same as the original contract I signed, I then upon trusting her I signed the new contract then immediately after requested to see the interest rate in the amended contract, It truly came as a disturbing shock to realise that the amended contract had a changed interest rate and that I will now be charged 10.58% instead of the 10.55% that was originally agreed upon. I then asked the lady who made me sign the contract in finance to inquire this with the bank and fix this and give me feedback and she told me to take up the matter with the bank The lady at the dealership misled me, firstly before I signed anything I asked her if I could trust that everything she told me was correct as per what the contract said because she didn't print it out for me to read. She then confidently told me all she said was what was in the contract. That was a verbal agreement between me and her and that caused me to have trust in her. I asked her if the second contract had changed from the first one and she confidently said it hadn't and by the time I noticed the R3 difference and mentioned it to her, she ignored me and quickly put the signature machine in front of me making sure I couldn't take time to dwell on the matter. On top of that I was told my first payment would be the end of May when the car was sold to me but the first installment was actually debited end of April. As a customer I feel robbed and really disappointed in the dealership. I did not agree on an interest rate of 10.58% but I agreed on 10.55% n I already had plans for my April salary but due to all their dishonestly I was cought off guard with a debit order. The Renault staff sold me the insurance n the car finance n in both instances they lied n hid information that is now affecting me very badly. They never even gave me my car purchase goodie bag, they said they ddnt have them in store n would send them later, once again that was an empty promise. Am so disappointed n heart broken
Renault keeps selling people this bad insurance Rodel insurance even after they exploit people. This is disappointing and I suggest people stop buying kwids till reanult stops teaming up with this insurance. Here is my experience with Rodel, The insurance sold to me buy Renault. They charged me an excess of R26000 and never told me about all these excess charges when I signed with them through Renault, It wasn't even in the contract they gave me. They slapped me with all these hidden terms and conditions which they never disclosed from the beginning when it was time for them to fix my car. I even signed for and excess waiver. They only told me about waiting periods when it was time for them to pay. They will gladly take your money but will never be there when you need them the most. You need insurance? Run away from this one. Dont buy the a reanult car with with rodel insurance in the package offered.
