*Clients being ****med by Kloppers employee* An employee from Kloppers Bloemfontein: REZAN send clients false banking details. When the client arrived at the store - the store confirmed that the banking details was false. And their only response to the upset clients was that they get ****med all the time. Be carefull of doing EFT payments to Kloppers
A router was installed in my office. The way the wire was placed is sloppy The router is place skew and looks terrible. Also, the installer broke my Cornish and did not say anything. Who is supposed to fix it?
So disappointed with Herotel's poor service. A whole day without internet at work. And still not sorted. Therefore tommorrow still out. How is a business suppose to work like this. You call one branch after another to get the same auto message. Then you start calling people privately or technicians' numbers that you have saved. And still nothing. It's just extremely poor!
MTN offers you a new device and watch on your contract. It never arrives and you can not get hold of them. Look like a ****. Poor service 0731192396
When we started with Herotel - no problem. Now if you have a problem, it becomes a large issue. To report the problem takes forever holding on. Then you get a ticket. Then you wait for a scheduler to phone you. Then there is never someone phoning you - you have to phone in again. Then there is never someone that can come out the same day. And you sit without internet for 2 days. Meanwhile no timer on apps can work, or you will come home with the pool on for hours or the irrigation running. Was a mess. So not fun having Herotel anymore.
I ordered a FNB card on 17/4/2025 to be delivered within 3 working days. On the 30th I phoned in. No delivery still. Then they confirmed that the delivery was made the previous day - but I was not home. I checked my camera on the gate at home - no CCD couriers??? Also there where people present at home - the whole day??? Poor poor service. Now trying to reschedule the delivery is a nightmare
Do not loose a FNB bank card or have a problem with a card, as you will get no service from the branch who does not have any replacement cards available. Then you have to order a card on your app, which takes forever to be delivered. In meanwhile you have to sit without a card. And the Bank has no solutions for you?? If you phone into FNB, they are not helpful as they did not arrange the delivery. Therefor the problem is yours
Worst service ever from Matt. No reply on mails. Making promises. Hope to never deal with them ever again!!
Did have a good experience with the flight both ways. When I got my suitcase I noticed that it had been opened and the contents tossed. FlySafair 's excuse is that they get a third party company to handle the luggage. So no apology or explanation. I suggest as a passenger make sure your luggage is locked very well in order for no one to get access to it.
On Air pressures you to buy a new explora ultra decorder, stating that its just a plug and play. Not taking into account what TV set you have or sound system and other decorders. Take note it is not just a plug and play! And it is not compateble with all harddrives. Misleading consultants.
