Disappointing customer service. 20% increase in premium after only 8 months on the car service plan. No advance notification of the increase. Customer service staff unable to assist to resolve. Access to managers blocked. Promise of a manager calling back remains unfulfilled since 04 June 2025
Sarah and Keith from Cable5 have since responded to my emails. I am hopeful to have a positive experience going forward.
Order placed. No order confirmation received. No order number . No customer service or support. Telephone not answered. Emails not responded to.
After sales service is terrible. After numerous calls and logging requests for assistance with several call Centre agents, there has been no response from Samsung South Africa to any of my attempts. Can it be such a mission to get some assistance? Disappointingly inefficient.
Very frustrating that nobody responds to queries made via email, FB messenger and Whatsapp. There is no contact number provided on their website. I do not recommend this company. After sales service is non existent.
After sales service is pathetic and non existent. I am trying to get them to resolve poor workmanship as well as install another downpipe since July 2020. Several telepho e calls, emails and Whatsapp messages to either Nadia or Mark have produced no action on their path. Extremely disappointing service delivery. Most definitely not the "best" gutter installers.
An extremely frustrating experience. Ineffective staff. 8 days of emails and communication with 9 different staff members and still struggling to cancel my reservation in the Ugu hot spot municipality - as declared by the President - and secure the credit for a future booking. Totally insensitive to the risk of Covid-19 in a hot spot Municipality to persons with comorbidities. No understanding that chronic conditions do not have an expiry date!
I have been using the MAC foundation for a few years now and was very happy with the product until recently. The inconsistency of the colour tone of a designated shade eg. 5.0 from one batch to the next and different bottles within a batch of the same shade, is extremely disappointing. This, coupled with R525.00 later and staff at the Mall of the South MAC branch telling me that there is nothing they can do about it , albeit a manufacture's defect, leaves me scouting around for a new range to support.
