[CMH Volvo Menlyn] My experience with my Volvo XC40 has been extremely frustrating and well below what you’d expect from a premium brand. The vehicle has been back to the workshop multiple times, yet issues were not properly resolved, leading to repeat visits. Basic problems were missed entirely, including: - Rear wheels fitted with different valves to the front wheels, showing poor workmanship and quality control. - Windscreen wiper washer fluid not dispensing, a basic safety feature that should never fail inspection. -Brakes needed to be fitted three times before the brakes stopped making excessive noise. What’s worse is the poor customer service. Volvo has shown that they do not value their customers, refusing to replace two rear tyres that are very close to the legal safety minimum. I did not ask for a discount on the vehicle — I simply expected Volvo to do the right thing and replace two unsafe tyres. For a brand built around safety, this refusal is unacceptable. This experience has destroyed my confidence in both the dealership and the Volvo brand. I would think twice before buying a Volvo based on the after‑sales support I’ve received.
ABSA ABSA ABSA... I have settled my debt in full. All the accounts that I am the primary card holder have been settled in full. I have visited the branch multiple times to try and remove myself from my fathers account ending with 6024. I am listed as a secondary card holder on qccount ending with 6024. My father gave me a garage card. This gerage card has been settled in full. Why would you decline my clearance because my father owsoney on his credit card??? This is ridiculous. Do your job right!!! Send me my clearance ASAP!!! I'm taking this case to the ombudsman if I do not send my approved clearance within the next 48hours!
IABSA you are for certain the worst bank ever!!! Refund my account as you agreed more than 10business days ago. Sende the paid up letter for account ending with 8014. Why do refuse to help my debt counselor??? You are making my life extremely difficult. I can't believe the exceptionally bad client service you deliver. Cant get anything done through any of you support channels. Nothing happens when you call in and request for a paid up letter? How can you be so ***********. This is unacceptable. You are witholding me from obtaining my Clearance certificate. Please please please please please I beg of you ABSA!!! Send me my paid up letter!!!! ABSA is for sure the worst bank I've dealt with.... You make empty promises and do not deliver any customer service... Why??? Help!!! Urgent help required.
Submitting mechanical breakdown was quick and easy and Wandile from King Price Insurance was quick to respond and arranged a tow in service that arrived 10timutes after the breakdown. Wow. Calling to check in and make sure we are safe and have been assisted. 🙏 Thank you Wandile for your royal service. When we needed you the most you delivered. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Wow... Reactive service... Be proactive and help your vustomers NDA. Why do we pay you to manage our accounts if you require the customer to obtain the paid up letters themselves??? This is ridiculous service. Your WhatsApp is the worst service I've ever received. No feedback. Need to supply details over and over and over and get no feedback or progress on requests. I've settled my debt in full and have been on debt review for over 60months. Originally we had an agreement to be under debt review for 50months... You do not manage your clients expectations and you certainly have ZERO support channels that work!!! Get my paid up letters from the creditors that have been paid off MONTHS ago!!! Why don't you perform your daily duties??? No no noooooo. I'm really frustrated with NDA and their extremely bas customer service... DO NOT debited my account this month. ALL my accounts have been settled in full. Please get someone with authority to give me a call so that we can settle this matter.
Vodacom you seem to improve how badly you treat customers. Sir we'll give you a call back. Never happens. Sir we'll call you when you can come collect. Guess what,,, never happens. Need to wait 2weeks for earphones and watch to deliver... No no nooo... Vodacom you suck! Whoever thinks of doing business with them really needs to think twice. Most expensive prices should go hand in hand with great service but no... Be better!!!

What a struggle to get anything done with wesbank. I have amended my banking details and a Debit order was supposed to go off 1December 2020 but did not. Please let a consultant contact me ASAP! There has been zero client service from you!!! HEEEEEELLLLPPPPPPP!!!!!!
Vodacom vadacom vodacom... I have taken preventive measures by going in to a Vodacom store and logging a service request so that you will bill me the correct amount of R369 for my SIM ONLY SMART+ PLAN! And guess what happens... You bill me for my previous contract amount!!!! Reimburse me immediately!!! I will spread the news that you are cheating people and stealing their money for your benefit!!! Stop your BAD customer service and do what is wright! I cannot believe that I waist my time and hopes on you delivering the service I pay for. Update my details immediately and give back the extra amount I have paid. This is unacceptable!!! I am going to tell everyone I know about your bad service and criminal behavior!!! Let a consultant call me today or I will cancel my policy with you. I am done struggling to get a hold of you by calling. And chatting to Tobi does not help me resolve this issue. You better respond swiftly. I am done struggling with Vodacom. You are billing me for a service I am NOT receiving.
